Went on a Saturday to complete a passport application. The woman who helped me was very busy, line out the doors, she was very knowledgeable and expedited my information quickly. Very good customer service, friendly staff!

Since Rich retired( BOY IS HE MISSED ) Doreene seems to not answer the Phone at all. even the 800 you can not get through! Only way you get a response is Through the Internet. What about those who do not Have Internet??? I know a few Oldtimers who refuse that "Clap Trap!"
