I had a note in my mailbox saying that insured mail was not delivered because no one was home. I have a camera on my door and no one came to my house and rang the doorbell!!! If they had I would've had a video of them at my door.

They did helped me to the fullest just for a letter. I don’t know why the low feedback but they’re very nice people. For being a small town I give them props for their work.

Employees have been unfriendly, and have often times done their job while acting like they hate it.

They have repeatedly lost or miss delivered packages. They claim that they’ve had “problems” with people stealing packages from my address(an apartment building) but I have never had a single issue with anything delivered UPS or FedEx. They are very rude on the phone and do not seem willing to help. Also I understand that government offices have weird or limited hours sometimes but they close at 3:30pm every week day after also being closed an hour for lunch.
