My wife placed an order for shelves on March 2nd #13373. As of today (May 24) we do not have them. Their customer service (chat bot and e-mail) appear to be outsourced to overseas and communication is poor. I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with this company. The Amish thing appears to just be marketing ploy.Update: you will also see the problem with this company in the reply they made below. My order number was literally in my review. They ask me to call a number that is answered by a bot voicemail and then direct me to send an email to an email address that is handled by an offshore team that does not communicate well. This company is a sham.

I ordered a set of rocking chairs from Snyders for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. There was some delay getting the initial order, which is understandable because I ordered during the holiday season. When the chairs were delivered, my color selections were swapped and not what I had selected during the ordering process. When I reached out to the company, they were very receptive to fixing the error and assured me I would get the chairs I had ordered. The first set of chairs were delivered on March 14th. I have reached out to them twice for updates on a delivery status. Each time I was assured they were in the process of being built. It is now May 21st. I have yet to receive a corrected order or an update initiated by the company. It has been six months since the initial order. I have spent a lot of money on a product I have yet to receive. While I understand mistakes happen, I do believe there should be a valid attempt in rectifying the mistake. I do not feel that has been the case in my situation. Based on my own experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

When you finally get to see your piece and then run your hand across it you can actually feel the hand of the craftsman on every inch . I have full confidence in this business to deliver the best in workmanship and quality and will order again . Thanks Mick Bear Creek

I love this company! I placed an order for the first time with them and they delivered what they promised when they promised it. The furniture arrived when I was told it would. The delivery was smooth as well. I did noticed later in the evening that I was missing a chair and reached out to customer service right away. They responded by telling me I was correct and that I would be contacted once the new chair was ready for shipment. I was contact by the delivery company to let me know when the reminding chair would be delivered. I received my chair today, yay! Very pleased with this company. I will definitely order from them again. I have order other items from local vendors and items have never been on time. Best to order straight from the makers. Yes, it takes a bit since the items are custom but they will arrived when you are told. I would recommend this company.

This is long overdue. I have purchased furniture from Snyders for two decades - and have always been happy with what I bought. The highlight of the whole years of buying is a dining room set - table and 6 chairs - shipped to UTAH, of all places - arriving in perfect condition, and still looking wonderful after all these years. At that time, it was John and Minnie who helped me - and my tour groups - many, many times. Thanks Snyders !

First time ordering with Snyder's. We liked their selection on the outdoor poly wood furniture. Spoke to Dennis over the phone, answered my questions and emailed helpful information to visual possible color combinations. We met with Dennis on Saturday, he was very patient helping and guiding us. We replaced all of our weathered and chipped metal screenhouse furniture with beautiful durable poly wood furniture. We are very excited and can't wait for delivery!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered my tv and has been paid for in FULL. I still have yet to see my tv. It was supposed to be delivered last week for the 2nd time and they refuse to deliver it bc there’s a chip on it and nobody from customer service is returning my emails and keep saying they will get back to me and yet I’ve heard nothing. I have requested my tv stand delivered or my money back and yet no response. I guess they just enjoy taking people’s hard earned money and not giving them anything in return. It’s a terrible business model and will never do business with this company again. Please, deliver my tv or refund my money in full. I really never expected this. Just thought I’d share this experience as a heads up to others.

Friendly staff, quick shipping considering handmade Amish furniture. Can't say enough about the quality of the furniture. Purchased 6 dining room chairs and went back for bar stools. Highly recommend
