They have some of the best roast beef in foil covered foil pans. However, the instructions on the lid are confusing.They say to poke holes in the film cover. There is no film cover - just foil. So apparently there once was a film cover?Just leaving the foil cover on and heating in the oven causes the meat to dry out too much. No matter how long or short.......So disappointing because this used to be a moist delicious meal.

I got some of their Old Fashioned Beef Jerky included in a Christmas Gift Basket. This is the best jerky I have ever eaten. Very dry and salty. Loved it.
