Stopped here and was pleasantly surprised at the deals I got. I picked up a hat, skirt and leggings all for 19.00! The leggings were only 1.00! I was very happy! Walmarts are all the same in items of what they sale but other factors like parking lot, and cleanliness and the stores are all different. This one is clean and staff is always nice!

My husband and I came to this Walmart location primarily to pick up some foldable chairs for our dining room. We ordered them online and waited for the email that said the chairs were ready to be picked up. When we got there, we waited in the pickup section for over 15 minutes for an employee. I had to call the store from my phone to bring an employee to where we were. I was also surprised too because usually, Walmart has Stewart's Orange Cream Soda, but some nice employees said they do not carry any glass bottles. So we just got what we came for and left.

we had a big pickup order the day before Thankagiving. Joshua and Hunter loaded our order ...Joshua was so polite and helpful and Hunter was there to help with speed and accuracy!Thanks guys!Great customer service as always in Shippensburg!

I wasn't impressed with this Wal-Mart either. I have been two separate Wal-Mart's and neither have anything I wanted but on the website it says it's there. ?

They said my order was ready for pick up, when I got there they had substituted it for something completely different but didn’t notify me beforehand, I didn’t want that item so I asked them to cancel the order. I have yet to be refunded for it. It has been less than 24 hours but I haven’t gotten an email about the refund yet. Hopefully it happens soon.I personally do not recommend their services. I’ve used other grocery pickups and it’s been good, but their lack of communication bothers me.

Our family shops weekly at this Walmart, We find this Walmart to be clean, and generally a good shopping experience as well as convenient in its location; however, on the rare occasion that a situation warrants a telephone call, no one answers the phone. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We bought a bicycle a week ago and the chain broke the first day my son rode it so we are trying to communicate this issue so we can arrange a solution to fix it. Walmart needs to answer the phone...it is part of the customer experience that they "strive so hard to make pleasant".

Worst experience! Saturday 6 Feb 2021, the night before Super Bowl Sunday and you only had 1 young man trying to get everyone's food into their cars. He was busting his butt trying his best and the customers were taking it out on him. I waited 2.5 hours and still no groceries in my car! I called inside the store to ask if they knew how much longer and a very rude woman in the grocery pick up area, kept talking over me about they had 1100 picks. Sh3 also said she had 5 employees bringing food out to customers which was a down right lie!! I will not ever order from this Walmart again! That young man should be given a raise for not only busting his butt but for all the customer complaints he was dealing with. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS WALMART!!

Valerie Clugston * EttersMy husband has been over there since 10 am when the pick up order was supposed to be ready. It is now 2:20 and he said he is next and the only person there before him (who didn't leave already) just got her ONE cart brought out by TWO employees. This is beyond ridiculous. It takes only one person to bring one cart, and I have seen one person bring out two carts more than a few times. The managers should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. There have been problems for over a week and they are doing NOTHING to rectify it. I read on Next Door Etters that they take orders for 23 cars an hour and the manager refuses to lower that number. If that is the case, the manager should be FIRED!! I called corporate to suggest exactly that and suggest anyone else being made to wait 1, 2, 3 and now 4 and 1/2 hours do the same. In case you are wondering why my husband has waited this long, at the 2 hour mark he was going to go inside but someone came out and said many of the shelves are bare so he feels he has no choice but continue to wait for the items that were already picked for our order. The last 2 visits he waited 2 1/2 hours one time and 2 the other, and that was after an hour delay past the scheduled pick up time. Today will be our last attempt to get decent service from this Walmart.
