Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

I have Never had an issue with Goldsboro Post Office. I have received my mail everyday, Monday-Saturday, and occasionally a Sunday during the holiday. Packages are never an issue either. Been living here in Etters 20+ years and NEVER had any problems. Love you all, thank you for all your hard work! You are appreciated more than you know!

Refused to deliver our mail for 4 days and didn't leave a note. Stuffed our mailbox so full that the flag fell off. Get out of the van and out it on the porch next time, maybe. Get it together.

Literally the worst post office ever. I called and complained about a certain issue over THREE times and emailed them, they have yet to fix/resolve it. Either they are just lazy or seriously just d**** I just contacted head quarters and hopefully they can HELP me.

We have been very happy with the service our business receives from the Goldsboro office. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and if there is ever an issue or question they resolve or answer it quickly. As a very busy small Veterinary practice it's imperative that we not have to spend a lot of time getting issues resolved so we can focus on health care, and their commitment to quality helps a lot.

said they could not deliver a package because they could not enter the building. Since this is my residence this is a poor excuse. They do this every other day. Then deliver it the next day even though nothing as changed. Guessing they are too lazy to get out of the vehicle on a daily basis

If I could give negative stars I would. They've lost more outgoing checks than I care to mention. I wish I could sue them for the stop payment fees I'm forced to pay. When I brought this up to them, their reply was that I should spend the $6 to send it certified
