Its crazy how every time I walk in and Ashley is working she refuses to help and runs to the back like a child. We had HIGHSCHOOL beef and its been 20 years, she can't seem to let it go. Pathetic.

Needed to drop off Amazon return. Store wanted $3 for the 30 seconds it took to print label. I know, maybe I'm cheap, but this store is greedy. I use this store alot, now I used to use it alot

I went into the store today and I had a lot of packages to return to Amazon and I was struggling trying to carry everything and this young lady named Jailene came running outside to give me a helping hand. A small act of kindness goes a long way! I wanted her to be recognized for the awesome, going out of her way customer service that she provided! I really appreciated that so much!

This store should be looked at by Corporate UPS. But they are not going to, because they don’t care.2 weeks ago I dropped off 2 packages and the elderly always cranky sometimes a Little bit Racist gentleman took my packages and send me on my way.Comes to find out he never checked the packages in and now the wireless company that I have is billing me $500 because of this man either not been responsible for his work or Stealing.I went to the store to claim the reason why?And all he did was ?? I don’t know ?? and I don’t know.UPS never found the packages.Be careful in this store and be careful with that Cranky Lil man.

This UPS Store location is excellent. I’ve used them for years and never disappointed. Quick, professional, friendly. These folks know what they’re doing and do it well.

I'm happy to support a local business that is knowledgable, happy, helpful and attentive! While it is not the closest UPS Store or mailing drop off, the staff is the nicest, so I go the extra couple miles and always drive to this one. Thanks for great customer service - it means the world!

Bill is great! He is always helpful and professional and sometimes he might crack a smile? l am sorry for the rude comments in these reviews. My mama always taught me that you reap what you sow. Apparently the anrgy customers were angry before they even walked in the door. I use Etters UPS instead of the post office because of their professional and prompt friendly service!!

The staff is always very friendly. I usually on stop in to drop off packages, so I can't speak for their other services. I'm really glad we have one of these stores in this area.
