The staff was very pleasant. However, the result and what I wanted were not even close. I wanted blonde highlights (I already had highlights but def needed a touch up and wanted more and lighter!). My hair was orange when I left my first appt. I was told to give it 2 weeks. I didn’t wait two weeks, I went back in a week. They were really good about getting me back in to fix it. Hair still not what I wanted now an orange/gold. I was told it was the lighting, my hair was too dark. I’ve been blonde off and on for over 15 years I know the process. I left so upset. I then noticed color bleeding occurred at the crown of my head and the then sent pictures to the manager. Manager gave me a full refund after viewing the photos. Just a horrible experience and now I’m stuck having to pay more to get this corrected elsewhere and I have to wait and walk around with this mess ??♀️

Jennifer is awesome, she keeps me engaged in conversation while doing my hair and remembers things from a long time before. She even worked around the new healing Scar behind my ear from surgery. She's fantastic and I don't let anyone else do my hair

This place is wonderful. It is clean and welcoming. Parking is abundant and the area is nice.Summer did an excellent job doing long layers on my 2b wavy/curly hair today. She talked with me kindly to understand exactly what I wanted, modeled the use of good products for my hair, and was sweet and positive to talk to. In the end, my hair looked essentially identical to the photo I had shown and the ideas I expressed! She knows what she is doing! I am so glad I chose her.The prices are also an absolute steal. I've never had such a phenomenal experience so affordably. I drank wine and read a book while my hair curled under the heating element. It was lovely!Cheers to finding my new favorite salon.
