They are absolutely horrible in the pharmacy when it comes to customer service. A) My medicine was sent over to be filled Monday February 5th. I was unable to pick my meds up until Wednesday Feb 7th and when I arrived to get them, I was told they were not ready or filled yet. B) TODAY, I attempted to get my medicine again, because I got a text at 11:45 am they were finally ready. As I was waiting 3rd in line in the drive thru around 1:20...(it took 10 mins for them to help 2 people ahead of me) As I pulled up to the window, being the last person in line, they flip the sign CLOSED FOR lunch from 130-2:00. WOW! What kind of business opperates like this and doesn't help the last person in line, before breaking for lunch?!?! No wonder Rite Aid has closed a bunch of stores all over the area!!! I hope they close the Etters location next. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next exit LEWISBERRY, and use CVS if you can switch easily. That's what I'm planning on doing. Enough of the BAFOONARY! POOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! SAD.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. The pharmacy absolutely does not answer the phone. Four days in a row I have spent an hour on hold waiting for someone to pick up and no one ever does. I had to call corporate in hopes someone will call me back.

Horrible Horrible Experiance!!!!! Devon in the pharmacy sent my boyfriend out of their store in tears. After losing a loved one and finding out I’mVery very sick he went in to pick up meds for me after bad news. He was already down. Devon was so incredibly rude! The prescription should have already been ready and filled seeing that it was called in days before he went to pick up. However, He simply asked when it would be available and she said it will be ready when I say it’s ready and refused to give him an actual time frame. He spoke with the manager and stated she could have cared less with how poorly he was treated. Well I was furious so I contacted pharmacy to see if it was ready yet and the pharmacist said yes. I stated that I hope that the girl who just treated my boyfriend incredibly poorly better keep that energy for when I come in. I went in and picked up my script and once it was handed to me I went off on a girl who then stated she wasn’t the one who waited on my boyfriend. I apologized to her and asked who did. She stated Devon (a female) but as stating Devon the pharmacist was yelling don’t tell her the name! Shame on the pharmacist and Devon. I will be back and I am waiting for the day she is there. I have contacted corporate as well. I highly recommend staying far away from this pharmacy. I did speak With the manager and another employee in the front of the store and she was very kind and understanding so everyone isn’t awful in there. Just the pharmacy staff that i mentioned.

I've had many issues with this Rite Aid. Good luck getting anyone in the pharmacy to answer a phone call. Every time I try it rings and rings. I even asked the general store clerk to help get me to someone in the pharmacy and it still took two calls back after the line rang for over 5 mins with no answer.

Horrible pharmacy. They are slow and rude. They do not check their voicemail for RX that are called in and will let them sit unanswered for hours.

I would like to share my experience regarding Rite Aid in Etters PA. I recently called this pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist to find out if he had a specific prescription in stock. I gave him my name and birthdate to verify my information. When I asked him about the script being in stock, he stated, “we don’t have this.” However, when I questioned him and stated that I received information from another Rite Aid within distance that you do have it, he continued with, “I do have enough but it’s for a regular customer.” If this is how we are going to treat the customers that are trying to get prescriptions filled because their regular pharmacy doesn’t have it, it’s no wonder our country is in a sad state of crisis. I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated. If I didn’t know better, it almost sounded like he was questioning my integrity and intentions.

This is the slowest, worst, pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. My prescriptions are NEVER filled on time. I’m constantly asked to come back in the next 30 mins. Sometimes I even wait 24 hrs to pick up and they are still not ready. The staff are constantly rude and look annoyed that I’m there for my prescriptions, and I’m pretty sure they overcharge. I Got the same script and same amount from the rite aid in New Cumberland and it is almost 2xs cheaper there. I didn’t even realize that was possible. My husband has had 2 experiences with the actual pharmacist there within the last month. Once was over the phone and the guy hung up on my husband. The most recent was today he went to pick up my prescription, gave my name and birthday and he goes, “you don’t look like an Amanda.” And my husband responded , “no it’s for my wife.” And the pharmacist was so rude, got my script and threw it into the drawer and my husband said, “if your going to work with people you should work on your customer service” and the pharmacist responded with “have a nice f-in day.”How unprofessional?! I have never had an issue picking up something for someone else in our family ever. It’s a shame no one has done anything about this sooner. From other reviews looks like this should have been taken care of months ago. If I could give zero stars I would.

You used to be able to get flu shots pretty easily, but now need appointments. They are the only business in America that doesn't know how to rotate employees lunch breaks and close everyday for a half hour. I was actually told I could not wait in the driveway till they came back from lunch and that I had to leave.

I love this pharmacy out of all the rite aids this one is the most respectful and hard working one. They try their best to get my prescriptions on time and we must respect that they are working hard to fill our medications and there are other patients that go there thanks to other locations being closed. I’ve talked with other people who have transferred from other pharmacies and they are please with the welcoming and polite staff in the pharmacy.

This is by far the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. I've not had issues with the actual pharmacy itself but the employees in the store are the rudest people I've come across 4 employees behind the cashier counter and everyone of them sitting playing on their cell phones. They wouldn't greet customers or even acknowledge they were alive. Zero shame whatsoever. The manager should be fired for this unacceptable behavior. I have gone into the store maybe 10 times and have literally never talked to one employee because they refuse to acknowledge me. Disgrace and I will be reaching out to cooperate, not that they care either I'm sure.

This pharmacy has to be the rudest, slowest, most unresponsive one I have ever come across. I live an half hour away, called to make sure all the prescriptions were there to pick up together and was told it would be an hour. I get there 4 hours later and apparently it was lunchtime and they closed at 2pm. Was told it would be another hour and a half after 2pm. This is this is not my 1st issue with them. There horrible, they could care less if your sick and you need your medication. Did I fail to mention I called these in the day before. I'm done.

Went in to get some cold and flu medicine on 11/29/22 around 3:40pm and of course needed to get age verification at the self checkout. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out and help me and no one came. Ending up having to go to another store for some over the counter medicine.
