The store employees are always helpful, the store itself is very organized and clean but until the groomer is replaced with someone who has more patience for animals who are scared, I would not recommend taking your dog here to be groomed. As a customer shopping, I could hear the groomer screaming and yelling curse words at a dog getting groomed.(not mine thank goodness). I know that the husky was scared and it made me feel bad for him.

They have a self wash for your pet. 40 dollars for 5 washings, there is also one where they will do it for you but i don't know the price for that.

Adding this review because they contested and removed the previous one which shows pretty poor business integrity.Kira (my wife) came home last night with 4 barely 2 week old kittens, quite angry because she went to this store, over heard employees saying something about "but they're meowing so loudly", and then heard the manager state "we aren't allowed to do anything just leave them there". She asked what was going on and the manager replied with "nothing, nothing is going on", but the employee stated that someone had abandoned kittens out back. The manager kept trying to interrupt and prevent the employee from talking, stating "we're not allowed to call anyone about things like this". Kira asked "so what are you doing about this?" and the manager replied "well... nothing... what, are you going to take them?" and Kira, who happens to be heavily involved in animal rescue, states "<explative> YES I WILL". She grabbed the kittens, said some colorful words, was told "You're no longer welcome here, I'm going to tresspass you".Kittens are now safe, they would have passed away if not for her stepping in. Terrible manager, terrible business social media management, please share this info where you can.Edit: they replied to this message stating that they tried to reach out to me, they have in fact not done that.

Took my beagle Dixie for her spa day with their groomer Katie and she did great! Dixie’s coat is shiny and soft, and she came out a happy girl! Highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for their fur baby to be groomed with care!!

Management at this store was going to allow two week old kittens to die that had been dumped in a box by their dumpster, during high winds and intermittent rain, because they “aren’t allowed to intervene in situations like this”. What’s even more disgusting is that there is a veterinary office in the same complex that the concerned employee could have walked them up to where they would have, without a doubt, received care by caring staff.I don’t care what your corporate protocol is when it comes to animal abandonment at your store. You work at a pet store and are there to serve pets. Turning a blind eye proves that the manager has absolutely no moral compass nor care & compassion for animals in need.

Worst experience ever in Etters, PA using the self bathe your own dog system. If you are old and your dog is old, find another place. There were 2 salespeople on duty. My dog had an accident in front of entrance door and a little inside. No one offered to hold my dog for me even though it was apparent I could not close the door as it would have smeared poop everywhere. Had a very hard time loading dog in tub, again no help. My poor old girl couldn't get out of the tub with just me trying to guide her and help her physically. Again had to ask for help. The people seemed like we were a bother. Won't go again. Will go to their competitor where they like dogs.

I didn't get the girls name that waited on us, but she was very helpful and helped us fine what we needed.
