The shops within the center are nice; however, the parking lot needs some serious attention. It is quite an expansive paved area.

When my husband and I moved here about going on 5 years there has been several companies that has taken this place over and hasn't really done anything to it until gig City came in and started demolition things putting new stuff back it has better lighting the walls look awesome we are on the top floor which we don't hardly hear noise we love it up here we don't have to put up with all the commotion that goes on downstairs we don't have trouble and that's the way we like it when you put in a maintenance request then they let you know when they will be here so thank you big city for all that you're doing the Morgans

Very convenient to shop here. Family owned grocery store w lots of great selections and fresh, locally owned and grown produce. Beverage city type store, Chinese food, pizza, and even a library! Plus, my bank is conveniently located here too. The best part is it's directly beside the on ramp to 83N so I can get on the interstate to go home right off the parking lot.

The Red Land Library is beautiful. My grandkids love Miss Nancy and the children area. I enjoy the lectures and the layout of the library.
Karns is my favorite grocery store.
UPS is appreciated by the community. Bill and crew are knowledgeable and provide quick in and out service.
HRBLOCK is my go to tax season spot.
The 3 food places make sure you won't be hungry with the great menus.

Update: wildness beyond comprehension! It's an absolute melee of consumerism. This place is wild beyond imagination! USA & I is the best Italian place in "Newbree". I miss The Jamesway. Beware of the Karns self-checkout and do NOT trust their employees. SCAMMERS!!
