“Walked in and was greeted by Brad who asked what we were looking for. Mentioned we were going to a celebration of life and needed a light beer, regular, and a seltzer. He jumped into action walking us to the areas of interest. Ashley the manager helped with recommendations and offered her condolences. Brad even did the shopping for us. Went to the cooler, packed it into a cart, and loaded it into our car. All in the cold rain! Great staff, and a 5 star experience. Thank you!”

“Gave this a five star based on selection, customer service and aesthetics. The interior is very nice and clean with a major selection showing you by nice signs and sections for European options in wine. Whiskey and bourbon section has quite a few nice options especially Irish and Japanese along with many American classics and even limited edition options or more difficult ones to find. Overall very friendly customer service as well but the COVID plexy glass is kinda annoying still. Obviously all for customer safety but it's kinda hard to check out sometimes with many bottles and only two hands. Otherwise top notch store around.”

“Great People. Replaced a broken bottle. A+++. On my way home a little kid ran across the street near the Turkey Hill, and I had to hit the brakes so hard my Vodka Bottle broke. They helped me out by replacing the bottle the next day, thankfully I had my receipt. Thanks to the help of the super friendly and helpful staff, It's a Wholesome place to shop. The Balance is restored!”
“This wine and liquor store carries some of the best wines in the area. There are some local wines from the PA area and many others from around the country and the world. I found my favorite CA Chardonnay (Rombauer) and an excellent vintage of a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (2012). Ample parking. Easy to find. This is a terrific spot to pick up your favorite adult beverage.”

“I visited this store during the Thanksgiving holiday to pick up a bottle of Vodka to bring with me to our family gathering. I quickly popped by Giant to also grab a few other items. Unfortunately while I was grabbing sweet potatoes an elderly lady lost her balance and fell directly on me, cracking the bottle of Vodka. Not wanting to put broken glass in the trash bins outside due to the hazard of it ripping the bag and potentially hurting the individual picking up the garbage, I returned to the store so they could dispose of it safely. I grabbed another bottle and went to check out and despite my begging to please pay for the new bottle they insisted I not and replaced the bottle with no charge to me. I don't visit the area often but will be sure to make this my go-to spot. Superb customer service!”

“I don't know about all of these bad reviews but I picked up a load from this place yesterday Appt time was @ 3pm I got there @ 2pm checked in with the guard shack the guy was really nice and told me I may wait 1 hour to get a door he called me at 2:48pm telling me a door is ready I was happy but felt kinda bad for the trucker who had been waiting for a while even before I got there but he was delivering there is more than enough room to maneuver for backing into dock and it only took maybe 45 minutes to load me the shipping guy was really chill overall I had a great experience I was worried because I read the reviews before coming”
