The best fresh meat and seafood anywhere. Decent prices. I got a jumbo lump crab cake for $7. A pound of old bay shrimp for $16. Made a very nice dinner for myself much cheaper than at a restaurant. They make a wide variety of sausages that are all wonderful.

I'm telling you, you can't find better fried chicken tenders than this Karns. Even compared to it's sister Karns stores, this store specifically has heaven sent tenders. Perfectly crispy and juicy at the same time. There are not restaurants, food trucks, road side stands and sometimes not even the Amish that make it that good. Combine it with the legendary macncheese and you could consider it a religious experience.

Good local grocery store, a little more expensive then bjs or Sam's club but better than a Safeway or Giant. I like to get odds and ends I can't get a the big box stores here especially since they have a convent location for me.

Meat clerk was very friendly and took care of us. He was patient with us as we decided what we wanted. Checkout was efficient.

We normally go to the karnes in lemmoyine but we decided to try this one and I can say very friendly and patient. The wings and wedges were cold. The Mac and cheese plus cheesesteak egg rolls as well. I didn't think we would have a disappointing experience at this karnes. I will give it another go to see if it was just an off day. Very clean like the othe karnes in lemmoyine. That will always stay our go-to. We have been going to karnes for many years before it they became a big supermarket it was a small business then. I'm glad they're much bigger now.Congratulations on the expansion of the business. I'm glad it is still around.Thank you.

Ordered several specific hams for a Christmas party over 45 days early. Showed up to get them and was told they were “not available”. They had my name and number. Never called me. Meat Dept guy blamed me because I didn’t call them. Never again. I’ll go to Wegmans. Bye Karns. Sad. Own it or lose it. ):

Waiter over 30 minutes for a rack of baby back ribs. The only rack in the case was so small so I requested a bigger one from the back. The one given to me was even smaller after 30 minutes. Poor customer service and poor selection.
