Terrible experience and way overpriced. Agreed to drop off taxes when I originally had an appointment, then it took 1 1/2 weeks for the taxes to be completed. Our state taxes were not correct. They tried to say we owed $900 for state taxes. They were wrong. It cost $315 to file the taxes. It would have been $30 more to just have them take the fee out of the return. I should have just done it myself. Less stress and less expensive.

Worst experience with h&r block ever. The tax preparer I had was supposed to complete my taxes in person on Monday. He asked me to come back in two hours and he would have them finished. After three days of telling me over the phone my taxes would be done that day or the next day I finally had enough and collected my documentation and will have my taxes done elsewhere. I highly caution anyone from having Tim Pirchalski prepare your taxes.
