The employees are well trained and familiar with the products they sell. I needed a shoulder immobilizer and they measured me for a perfect fit - and the prices are competitive, but it's the personal service that is so impressive. I have been going there for years and it's always a great experience.

Doctor recommended that I wear compression stockings. I looked around for a supply store and found Wesley Pharmacy. They have a great inventory And, most importantly you can try them on in a private room. Prices are lower than Amazon. On street parking.

GO ELSEWHERE. I would rate them a 0 over 5 but can't. They don't deserve a 1/5. On Wednesday, 1/4/23, I purchased two items and was told I had 1 week to return them so long as they were unused. I returned 6 days later. The walker gliders worked for the elderly person for whom it was purchased. We kept them. The toilet seat railings was not want this person wanted. It was installed on the toilet for her to look at them but she insisted on a raised toilet seat. The railing was never touched and she never sat on the toilet with it installed. Wesley would not accept it as a return because it had one spec of dirt on one piece of its frame. In front of the tall male owner / manager, I scrapped off the dirt with my fingernail. It was clean. They would not accept this as a return. This was a loss of my $45. As an additional comment, I am a Physician and I referred my patients to them. I can not in good faith do this anymore. Go ELSEWHERE.

Brother-in-law stopped by to get the brakes adjusted on his Roller walker. They were able to do this without any problem. Service was excellent.

The older pharmacist is terrible!!! He is demeaning and rude for no reason at all. Especially towards women. I was treated like dirt, treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about and told that I am making up lies (there would be no beneficial reason for me to lie about anything) All of the other staff there are very friendly and helpful. If he knew how to respectfully talk to a person then this place wouldnt be so bad. He works morning shifts and I purposely wait until after 2pm if I have to call or go in there. Which is crazy. He shouldn’t be allowed to directly interact with customers. Beware

I purchased compression stockings , with a prescription in June 2021. I was measured at the store to confirm the correct size. I did not actually put them on until August 2021. Not until I tried to put them on did I realize they did not fit. I know they are not easy to put on. I even enlisted a RN to help me...she was familiar with putting the compression stockings on patients. so we remeasured my legs. According to the size chart, I measure a large. I was sold a medium. Since Wesley has a no return policy, I purchased the correct size , the exact Jobst product, on Amazon for 1/2 the price. The large fits as it should.

They have a wonderful pharmacy but there's a young man in the back that is useless in medical equipment. His attitude really sucks.

All the staff is very plesent, and knowledgeable.Huge inventory supply..they even have FATHER JOHN'S ...i haven't seen that since I was a kid in the fifties,,last thing mom gave you before you went out the door to go to school was A BIG tablespoon of FATHER JOHN'S shoved in your mouth...oh the memories how awful that tasted!!!

I rented a wheelchair due to a medical issue which happened in 2009 well I paid on it up until 2010. The last payment they had remind me that I miss a two months payment. I gave them a credit card number they got paid. My husband also wenter down to them and also paid not knowing I paid to catch up but he also paid to end the year. Well I haven't had a new chair since 2009 and my Dr. wanted me to get a new one. I figure to go back to the same place but this time let my insurance take over. Well they called my husband and told him that I owe money since 2010. First of all I gotten this from Wesley now I was going through Baird. We are in 2017 how can a company who merged with Wesley can tell me I owe them money. The conversation was they accuse me of not paying and I refuse to let them bully me in paying for a old broken down wheelchair that they never services it at all. I let them know that I fell twice and her (Linda) attitude was customer is wrong and her system was right. Well this went on for a couple of days. She told my husband that if I didn't pay up front for the pass I wasn't getting my chair. Baird is a big company that merge with small companies and want their client's to pay for something they do not owe. I'm warning you let your insurance company pay or they will try to hold you up. No I will not be using them every again. I'll use my insurance company supplier. I feel sorry for Wesley because they are going to lose a lot of customers. Baird also need to teach Linda how to speak to customers and let me also say Christy you should answer you phone. Who goes to lunch at 2:45 and close at 3:00pm. The President of the company (Baird) should listen in or call in as a customer and see how his people he hire speak to the clients. You have my name and number you can call and say to me what she should have said and that is Sorry for........ This will probably will not stop all these negative reviews you are receiving. Do not respond to me or my husband via your review back up comment. After this we will check if you respond with your snippy remarks like you did with all your negative reviews.
