Alan was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He has a very bad attitude and is unhelpful, unpleasant, and condescending. I would not recommend anyone going here. Terrible!

alan used to be nice and always said hello and your welcome and how are you, now hes just straight up rude and wont say ANYTHING to me compared to the prior customers. I always say thank you with a smile on my face and all i get is a stone cold stare and attitude expressions, it feels like im going through a late stage marriage with him and he hates me

Nasty attitude I received from the woman names Dee. She obviously hates her job! Rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me when I thought my label was paid for and should be accepted.

First time visiting this location. Did not wait long and experienced friendly service. Had no trouble parking. Not sure why this location has mediocre ratings.

What an experience!, Just rude, crude, mean, nasty, very unpleasant experience! It’s amazing that they get several complaints about tellers attitudes here but nothing ever changes! What’s the point in having these reviews if you don’t build from them?? Is it to people?, Is it the government?, Or is it just this world itself anymore?… I gave it no stars!!!!!But it won’t let me, only reason it’s getting one store is cause I can’t post any other way

We put a change of address in July 10, 2023We haven't received one piece of forwarded mail. Today date is November 10, 2023! They called last week to say the system shows the service was cancelled. (How is it canceled when we receive an email showing us the pieces of mail being forwarded somewhere, certainly not my new address) Then the person says they are going to look into the situation and give us a call in 48 hours, and of course no one called. WHERE IS MY MAIL? Despicable place!

The problem I am having is with one mail delivery person. The person that delivered mail to my house on the 400 block of Paxson ave. Sat. Sept. 9, 2023 is leaving my mail stuck in a metal railing out at the public sidewalk. This is the second time this has happened. Anyone walking by could easily grab the mail as they walk by.

I don't what is going on with this place but every time, and I mean every time, I recieve a personal letter or envelope a corner is ripped open so the contents can be viewed or stolen. There is a theft problem at this place and it needs to be taken care of. Unreal.

I witnessed the Asian counter worker named Allen refuse to give an older Lady a piece of tape. Yes 1 piece of scotch tape. She asked Him about the blue colored tape he had at his desk, he refused "NO THAT'S PRIORITY TAPE ONLY." He suggested she pay $4 for a roll of tape. So unprofessional, inconsiderate, plain ol MEAN to the Elderly. I was ashamed & embarrased for how she was treated by him, smh.

One worker working at the counter with an attitude. I must say she was fast at her job, but her attitude stunk needed a piece of tape to close a letter instead of allow me a strip of tape. She insist that I buy a whole roll. Went to post office in Chestnut Hill tape Sitting out on the counter for anyone use. Monday afternoon 3/27/23
