The problem I am having is with one mail delivery person. The person that delivered mail to my house on the 400 block of Paxson ave. Sat. Sept. 9, 2023 is leaving my mail stuck in a metal railing out at the public sidewalk. This is the second time this has happened. I don't what is going on with this place but every time, and I mean every time, I recieve a personal letter or envelope a corner is ripped open so the contents can be viewed or stolen. There is a theft problem at this place and it needs to be taken care of. Unreal.

IF THE CARRIER DOESN'T PUT MY MAIL IN ONE OF MY 2 MAIL SLOTS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE INSTEAD OF PUTING IT WHERE IT CAN GET WET,, THERE IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM !!!!
