Not too happy lately. Haven’t had any accidents or tickets in over 5 years and was holding a pretty steady premium. Just got a newer vehicle that is rated one of the safest in the world and my premium goes up over $650/6 months or $109/month roughly. Was quoted cheaper from other insurance companies but did not want the hassle of switching. Asked if there was anything they could do? Insurance rep is trying to string me along by saying the monthly price will come down once another vehicle get removed but I’m already not bein charged for that. Surprised he even asked me to write a review and then asked again. Had to have known I wasn’t happy with the outcome of our call but oh well. Think it might be time to make the switch especially living in a world where every dollar saved matters….

Love this office! I have my rental insurance through State Farm and recently had an inquiry about obtaining a new credit card for balance transfers to help pay off some of my previous credit card debt. Sean Moran was more than helpful! I don’t know much about how it all works, and he really took the time to inform me of my options and walked me through the whole process. He really is an absolute pleasure to talk to on a personal and professional level!

I switched to State Farm after 45 years w Allstate. Everyone at Stephanie's office is great to work with. Matt and Sean have always been so helpful. We now have car, homeowners, life and technology coverage the rough State Farm. Great office.
