This dealership is the best, the staff managers, salesman customer service. Sloane in Glendside has always been my dealership and I don't see me going anyplace else.

I typically buy used cars - ALWAYS - and the challenge has always been finding a good, honest mechanic. I have a Toyota, and it was another Toyota owner that sent me to this service center. This seriously has been the best service center I've used. They offer timely appointments, and honest maintenance. When I first purchased the car (as I said - used) it had a long CARFAX history showing that the previous owner maintained the car regularly and very well. I have kept up with regular maintenance as suggested, I am also not a "hard" driver. I don't speed, I am not hard braking (because I'm not speeding) and my car maintenance costs are excellent. The staff explains things and everyone is friendly and professional!
I highly recommend this service center.

My brand new Prius Prime has needed a jump to start 4 times (Jan May July and today). Toyota did a health check (twice) and told me there is “nothing draining the battery”. It always seems to be following my having plugged it in to charge it using the level 1 charger provided by Toyota.
I’ve been told to “drive it more” and “drive it less in EV mode”. My overall mileage is low (3100 miles since November 2023 purchase) because I’m retired and just use it for errands and around town (not on trips).
Additionally, I left it locked and sitting in my driveway in August. Came home to find that almost 2 gallons of gas had been used up and my neighbor informed me he heard it running, then was off, and 2 days later he heard it running again. Toyota could not account for the useage of gas.
I bought this car to use the plug in aspect and can’t get any answers other than to drive it more overall. And less so in EV mode.
Very dis-satisfied with this aspect of customer service. This is not typical of my experience with this dealership over the past 20 years.

My experience at Sloane Toyota has been positive. The people at the service desk are friendly and helpful. I purchased a used Toyota last year and the service from this dealership has been great so far.

All the staff polite, courteous & professional! Inspection started on time. The team member informed me of issues with my car & repairs needed for safe operating! My experience with Sloane was seamless from beginning to end! I was pleased with the service and all staff members including the cashier!!!

Only had drop off appointments, my service advisor told me to have my wife make an appointment - bring the vehicle in, and he would have it up quickly for a very short repair. Dealer had my vehicle over 6 hrs for a 3 min repair which was not inexpensive - ruining most of my day (good thing I took several hours worth of work with me). Also, the whole process of contact with the service department and finally getting the work completed took an extraordinarily long amount of time during which my wife was driving an extremely dangerous vehicle!

I have mostly been happy with Sloane. My last repair was quite expensive but that probably wasn't their fault. I had my ignition replaced and my headlight switch replaced. I like that they send reminders and are up front about the cost of repairs.

Drive your car in , check your car in. They make sure you have a ride. They contact you however you requested. Pick your car up. Easy as pie.
When you call for an appointment. There is no wait. If there is, they call you right back. I have never had an issue with sales all the through to service.
