Very satisfied with my last visit with Toyota & service agent, Rich Morrison. Although my last water problem could not be fixed by Toyota, I was referred to another company and Toyota did not charge me for this visit. I have addressed the water issue that was suggested by Toyota and hopefully, I will have no further problems. I appreciate Rich & Toyota working with me on this long term problem that I have been having and their expertise in trying to resolve the issue. Thanks Rich & Toyota

Pleasant interaction with this dealership, greeted at the front desk. quickly met with a sale's person (Arthur), we told him what we were looking for and our price range. He told us the available choices. When we went to the lot, we saw what we wanted, he explained the history of the car and provided the printed history. The transaction went well, and we are pleased with the car.

Recently, I took my 2023 Tacoma to Sloane for an oil change. After almost two hours the technician pulled my car around and apologized for the delay. He claimed they had a power outage and were short staffed. Just as I was ready to leave, the same technician came running over to me and stated that he may have forgotten to tighten something and asked if he could take my truck back into the service bay. Of course I agreed, and he took me and the truck into the service building. He put the truck back up on the lift and asked if I could wait in their employee break room. After 20 minutes or so, I watched him call over another technician and ask him a question. He then ran from the service building to the main building with an oil canister in his hand. I asked the other technician what was going on and he stated that there was some confusion about the oil capacity of my truck. When I finally got my truck back, there was oil on my hood, on the door, and on my center console. When I complained, he ran into the building got a dirty rag and wiped my center console off. When I finally got home, I checked the oil (after waiting 10 or 15 minutes for the car to cool down) and it was clearly overfilled. I then drove back to Sloane and explained what had happened. Another technician came, took my car back into the service area, and I was told that he drained the oil out and refilled it with the correct amount of oil. Because of the bad experience and lack of confidence that the correct amount of oil was used, the next morning I decided to drain the oil and fill it back up myself with the amount of oil specified in the owner's manual. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Sloane in the future. The place seemed chaotic and unorganized.

I recently visited Sloan Toyota to test drive a Land Cruiser and a Sequoia. I want to thank the team for their time and the thoughtful approach they took during the sales process. Although I’ve decided not to move forward with another Toyota at this time, I genuinely appreciate their effort to understand my needs rather than just pushing the available inventory. Their attentive and respectful approach to sales was a relief. Thank you for a positive and professional experience!

Sales staff were kind, straightforward, and not pushy or rude. Especially Vila, who I worked with and was very knowledgeable and accommodating, even when I did not end up purchasing a car from him. Would recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a Toyota!
