I had a bad experience from the start at this dealership, but the Car Manager Craig rectified the situation. He's one of the good ones here.

Had to change my appointment. Sloane was very accommodating and scheduled for the next day. Great service; terrific communication.

I came in to get my window fixed on my car, the service from beginning to end was excellent. They provide courtesy rides so I didn’t have to wait for my car. Thanks Tim for making this process so easy for me.

Poor communication with customers. Poor service. Still haven’t completely fixed leak in my car after 2 years and 4 separate appointments. But they have left dirty footprint, black fingerprints and a gooey piece of caulking on the interior. Buying a Honda next time after 3 Camrys.

Made an appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the service area and stood there waiting for over 10 minutes while the kid at the counter fielded phone calls rather than waiting on the customer in front of him. So when he finally acknowledged me he told me the oil change would take 1.5 hours. Really??? 1.5 hours for an oil change. Then he started fielding more calls rather than finishing with me so I took my keys back from him and went inside to speak to the service manager who was an ignorant creep. I wouldn't hire Sloane Toyota in take my trash to the curb. Take the ride to Faulkner people. You'll thank yourself for it.

This place is absolute garbage and they treat people like trash. Unbelievable. We will be making some serious complaints to corporate and to the better business bureau

The communication and customer service is terrible. My pregnant wife drove 50mins each way after a test drive appointment was confirmed only to be told the vehicle sold. Then they were oblivious enough to try to sell us an suv when we are in the market for minivan. They just want you in the door and seemingly can care less about your time or interests. Stay away!

Terrible customer service every time I’ve gone there. Employees actively seem to avoid you. They once lost my car in their lot after service and told me to look for it.

Very Poor Customer Service. Went for oil change under Toyota Care "LOL". Was told I don't have it. Didn't know I needed proof of what was received when I purchased the car. I have it Toyota of Glenside, in case you want it. 2nd time I was mislead or lied to by this Service department. I know they don't care, but will look elsewhere for service or to purchase new vehicle.

Tried to make an appointment. Called at 4:30 and was left on hold then the call was disconnected. Called again to be told they close soon so everyone had already left.

I brought my wife's Highlander to Sloane in Glenside in April 2019 due to a problem with the AC. The initial repair was a comedy of errors as it took several days to replace a clutch and compressor due to their machine to recharge the system broke. After taking the car home, noticed that the AC was not very cold and had to waste another day bringing the car back to Sloane where they realized that they undercharged the system with not enough freon. The main issue was that I had issues with the AC system 20 months after and brought the car to another Toyota dealership. They identified that the main bolt holding the clutch to the compressor (assembled separately and installed at Sloane) worked loose and the system chewed itself up. I then had to have the entire work redone at this other Toyota dealership - essentially paying twice for work that should have been done correctly the first time. Due to the pandemic, the car was not driven much and the AC saw limited use. As the repair was outside the warranty window,. Sloane 'declined to participate' in helping me recover some of the costs that I incurred. Needless to say that I was disappointed that Toyota will not stand behind their work. Impossible to 'prove' that Sloane screwed up the repair work but Occam's razor points that this is the case as an AC should not fail in such a short period of time (especially at a Toyota dealership using genuine Toyota parts). I was a lifelong Toyota owner from my first Corolla to a Camry and then a Highlander. Thanks to Sloane, I will never purchase a Toyota again nor recommend Sloane for repair work.

I bought a used car from their salesmen Eric T*****. One week later the car broke down. I had the car for less than 6 months and it broke down 3 times once while I was driving it and I almost died. The managers there are very rude and only care about money. Wouldn't take back the car the first time it broke down either. Don't buy a car from these people you will regret it.

I bought my 2014 535 xdrive from this dealership end of September 2017. Still under warranty and then certified. What I didn’t know is that the certification is only for 1 year unlimited miles (doesn’t make sense). Fast forward to September 2019....the engine started making a weird purring sound. Took it to BMW, the verification just wore off 2 weeks prior. And bammmmmmm the car needs a new engine at the cost of 28k. The car has 64200 miles. I call corporate BMW to see if they can help me...took about 5 days and the service manager Richard from Devon calls and says he has good news. They now can fix for 12k. My car only got serviced at BMW dealerships. How can they be metal in the oil?? I certainly didn’t do it. I am really disappointed in BMW and the customer service. This was my 5th BMW and my last. You have lost a customer for life. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to spend their money on crappy cars.

My son is in the air Force. Took his 2014 Toyota Corolla there and the transmission was bad only option they gave him was to replace it which would cost over $10,000 there have the estimate. That is more than the cars worth. Talk to other Toyota dealers and their prices were nowhere near that less than half. being in the Air Force and away from home I think they just thought they had him cornered which is an absolute shame
