Since 2017, I have been a resident of Rosemore Garden Apartment , Glenside (K12), and I am writing to convey my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by our apartment manager, Elisa Morris. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and exceptional commitment to meeting residents' needs have had a profound impact on our living experience.From the moment I moved into this apartment complex, Elisa Morris's level of professionalism and attention to detail has consistently impressed me. She surpasses her responsibilities to ensure that residents feel comfortable, valued, and well-cared for. One aspect that truly stands out is Elisa's prompt and efficient response to maintenance requests. Regardless of the size or complexity of the issue, she ensures that it is promptly addressed. Her swift action and effective communication have minimized any inconveniences, allowing us to fully enjoy our living spaces.Furthermore, Elisa's exceptional communication skills have greatly contributed to fostering a strong sense of community within our complex. I've lived here for 8 years and recommend it highly. There truly is a "garden" atmosphere with the grounds very, very well cared for. I've met many staff members since moving in, and found every employee and rep to be very personable, friendly and caring about my concerns. Response time to a concern is minimal, and every time management and staff have resolved my issues completely. The Glenside location is terriffic, close to SEPTA and excellent local shopping. I wish there were freight elevators in the buildings but that is my only "criticism". One final point: in 8 years, of the 8 apartments in my section of the building, 7 of the 8 have been occupied by the same residents. We truly have a sense of "family" here.

Not a 4 star apt complex :( I had issues with mice so I had to leave after 2 months from when the lease started. I had to find another apt somewhere else quickly and pay 2 rents until the end of my lease because I couldn’t just break it (normally in other apt complex you will just pay for 2-3 months and be able to get out of the lease). We stayed in a hotel one week and it was so expensive, also paying for 2 leases at the same time was a big inconvenience. Management’s solution was to just deal with it, they did send an exterminator after about 1 week but how am I supposed to sleep in my bed if I have mice running around my bedroom and making noise all night long? It was disgusting and there were droppings all over the floor (see attached pictures). They never cleaned my apartment very well before I moved, that should have been a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I moved in anyway. I should have listened to my guts (and the reviewer from 7 years ago who had the same mice issue) and stay away from it.

The leasing manager and staff area very supportive and are always on point when it comes to ensuring that requests are handled in a timely manner. In addition, that truly do work with you. Glad to call Rosemore Gardens my home.

Rebecca at Rosemore Gardens Apartments is awesome! I had to relocate from across the country and it was challenging. Fortunately, with Rebecca's professionalism, I was able to move into a beautiful apartment at Rosemore Gardens. The neighborhood is quite and safe. I am so happy to call Rosemore Gardens Apartments my New Home!

Rosemore Gardens are very nice apartments but the problem is management NOT the workers that help me get a laundry card or answer my phones calls, nor the maintenance staff especially Warren he is awesome. The problem unfortunately is HQ and upper management. They take forever to return calls and things take a very long time for them to complete an issue. The parking lot needs cameras..Cars have been broken into and so has mind!!! It just doesn't feel safe for a women alone at times and this should be addressed there is no excuse. There are 12 units per building but only one washer and dryer in a room big enough to ice skate. No excuse as to why Scully cannot add additional washer and dryers. Now for the good; I just love maintenance and Kim at front desk. She is always on top of things and always returns my calls. She was especially so genuine during the big Rita's event and during the beginning of Covid!! I can only imagine all she has had to deal with since Covid started since she is the only person I ever see at the office anymore. I chose to stay another year but definitely will leave next year. Management needs to work on their customer skills and promises and not set them aside like they are not important. I am a professional worker and I make my payments on time. The least Scully could do is give us more washers and dryers and handle urgent matters like posting security cameras so our cars do not get broken into.

I was searching for 3 bedroom 1-2 bath place with Kimberly as my leasing specialist. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs within all of her available properties. She communicated on my behalf with another location when we realized the ones she had were not applicable. I highly recommend asking for Kimberly at Rosemore Gardens Apartments when seeking out any assistance or information.

This place is a joke I applied way back in April and I got denied so I was suppose to receive my deposit back I a still waiting on my money back and every time I call nobody don’t know when my refund is coming now when I call I get no answer. Kind of glad I got denied or I would’ve been stuck.

So where do I start.... I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and it has been one of my greatest experience. The property manager Elisa is always on top of the things, and she’s one of the most kindest people you’ll meet. Whenever there is an issue, she takes care of it immediately! Maintenance is great also! They are very attentive, and they Usually get the job done the same day. Maintenance takes care of the property, and it is always well kept! If you’re looking for a great space to live, Rosemore Garden is the place to be!
