Came here the other day as my business was down, only place open on a Saturday and Wally waited a few extra minutes without complaint to help me. He could have easily steered me away when I called since I was coming from far but he was overly accommodating. 10 stars in my book!

Knowledgeable employees but miserable. It’s almost like they are doing you a favor and don’t want you in the store. Haven’t seen one smile in years. I waited 7 minutes while no less than 6 employees were behind the counter doing various things. It looked like they were filling delivery orders. Not one asked me if I needed help. Not one said we’ll be with you in a minute or two. Just looked over my way and said nothing. I’m happy to wait my turn(which I did being the only customer in the store), but it’s maddening when you’re just standing there and workers can’t even acknowledge your presence. So I left and went to a Parker store in warrington. Rather spend the additional 30 min trip drive then get ignored for 7 minutes.
