I am a former employee of this specific Conoco gas station. I am also on disability and was trying to work. I worked at conoco from October 23, 2021 thru December 10, 2021.The county assistance office which provides my benefits, like medical and food, has me recorded as presently working here still. They stated that I need a letter from conoco for proof that I no longer am employed there.I've been asking the owner for over a month now for this basic, easy to write letter and he will not provide it for some odd reason. Fraud possibly?I will be contacting the corporate office of conoco and reporting this until I get my letter.Injustice is REAL and so is HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !!

I used my card at the pump but no gas was delivered, but I was charged, when asked the cashier he immediately became hostile and trying to say I'm trying to scam 10 worth of gas, like really, I go there all the time and never had that happen, so with his attitude towards me makes me wonder was there a skimmer on the pump, or was he just not competent enough to answer the question...I did record the whole incident, I'm sure I'll be posting it...all he had to do was have a quick conversation so we both would know what's going on, that pump might be broken...but this is the typical attitude of a certain demographic towards another.

Got around 35/40 dollars worth of gas on my card and stupidly didn’t get a receipt. I was charged 75.00 dollars.

They just had their pumps upgraded. Friendly service, offers a full service pump - closest to the door. They also do inspections and oil changes, etc.

Friendly service. Will wash your windsheids in full service (or diesel). Free air (but no gauge) on side by diesel & you can go around the back after getting air.

Typically I have gone there with no problem. I usually pay inside because of the risk of card skimmers, etc. However, this time the owner was inside and he acted as if my card was being declined, when in fact he was stopping it from going through because he thought it was stolen. I even used my other card and the same thing occured. He said it was nothing he could do for me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, went outside and quickly used my card at the pum, and it went through fine. I noticed the other review mentioned that he was rushed away. I won't say there is a particular reason for this, but I happen to be African American..go figure.

I bought gas @3:30 pm today. I paid $37.01 for 11.55 gallons of 87 octane panther pee. The owner bum rushed me out of there while I checked my oil. He asked: “Hey! You about done over there?†He could have suggested that I move my car over to a parking spot after I'm finished filling up my tank. I'll never go there again unless I buy 2 (two) gallons of gas and check my fluids whether I need it or not. Maybe he doesn't know that other gas stations are available for us wretched paying customers.
