FIVE Stars!Working with LOU was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Volvo took about 30 min once my mind was made up . The best part – Lou stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions with confidence which of course made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Lou if you are considering buying a quality previously owned automobile.

I had a great experience with Steve. I bought a 2007 Kia and it was meticulously clean. He had all of the fluids checked, newly inspected and a battery less than a year old. No pressure. Friendly. Highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience buying a great used honda civic. Once I got past some difficulties contacting the sales people (hang in there potential customer....it's worth it), I found the process to be very fair and trustworthy. I plan to use them in the future to locate top quality older used cars. Thanks folks!

Not too often will you find the words "honest and "helpful" in the same sentence to describe a used car dealer, but that is exactly the description of my just finished experience with Steve at Keswick. Bought an '04 Kia Sorento, and I have never been treated so well while buying a car. Steve went out of his way on several occasions to get the car serviced and prepped. There was no pressure, no hype, and even though the car was listed "As Is", he covered the cost of a blown radiator which occurred while driving the car to my mechanic for a check over. Steve and Lou are the guys I would send my family to see.

Highly recommend! I wasn't sure what kind of car I was looking for, I just knew of my price point and that I wanted 4wd. I stopped by this lot on a whim one day, and both sales men were incredibly helpful and patient with me! They let me test drive a couple of cars, gave me advice on which would likely accommodate my qualifications best and did not get "sales-person/pushy" when I told them I wanted to sleep on it. Other than the fact that I fell in love with one of their vehicles, their business practice really sealed the deal for me! I loved not feeling pressured, and in good-honest hands at the same time. I've had my car for about 6 months now with not one issue! I tell everyone looking for a car to stop by this little diamond in the rough in quaint Keswick village!

Ideally my search for a used vehicle would be local but everything about this "long distance" purchase was top notch. After phoning ahead I had the absolute best experience with a most sincere business. Also, I got a top-notch vehicle. Everything I was looking for and a personal touch not found much these days. A great choice!

I would give no stars if I could but that is not an option. Before I begin it is important to note that I often leave businesses good reviews, check my other google reviews. That being said, this is a serious warning, DO NOT buy a car from these people! They will sell you a car that they know full well is in terrible condition. I have plenty of proof that they knew they were selling a lemon car. Hindsight on my part of course, since I am not a mechanic nor am I car savvy. I am just an honest buyer who paid them cash IN FULL for a car I was lead to believe was in good condition. They delayed the sale of the car multiple times to “fix†(a very, very minimal attempt) a car that they knew was un-fixable. I have very strong suspicions that they engaged in shady practices to get the car to even pass inspection. Within days of inspection the check engine light came on. Guess how much to fix that problem? $1,000+! To give you an idea of how fast this car has declined: I purchased it on September 14th and now it is December 8th, not even 3 months! Since then I have put nearly $2,000 into the car. In addition, they lied on the sales agreement and wrote that the mileage was 1,000 less then it was at the time of sale. The car has not had simple cosmetic issues (it has those too, the CD player stopped working within days of purchase, one of the back windows stopped working, etc.) its problems are very serious: the tires are “DANGEROUS†(word from a trusted mechanic), the brakes (the ones that were sold with the car) GAVE OUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING, and I had to replace the whole parking brake system. I have attached a picture of the damage the leaking brake fluid did to my driveway. I have had to get two oil changes since purchase, so that's an oil change approximately every 1,000 miles. Listen, save yourself the headache and do not buy from these people. I hope this review helps others.
