Simply wonderful!! Learned so so much about bra care(never too old to be educated). I’m doing a lot of the don’t do’s and starting today that’s changing. I couldn’t wait to share my newfound information to my daughter. I’ll be going back and taking a friend. I’m glad they were open on Juneteenth and I was able to support a Black business! Try them if you haven’t, you won’t be disappointed cause I know I wasn’t!!

Great Customer Service, they made my teenage daughter feel very comfortable and provided her with the best supporting foundation garment to date. The educational component about bra sizing. and care was so informative. We will definitely be back.

What a great place! As someone who cannot shop at big box bra stores, I have long known how important it is to get my bras from small, independently run stores where the owners and staff are experts in their stock and in how to ensure that each person walks out with the right fit for them! Hooks is absolutely this kind of place! Giselle was warm and welcoming, and quickly helped me find multiple great options. When I say that this place has size diversity, I mean it! I saw cup sizes all the way up to M!! (Their sale rack had lots of great options in a huge variety of sizes as well!) If you find a fit that works for you and want a different color that they don't have in stock, they will happily order it for you. Pricing was on par with every other independent bra store I've been to -- you pay a little more for quality than you would at a big box store, but you get a vastly better fit!Wonderful place and great addition to the area. I can't wait to pick up my new bras!

I love this place! I went in for the first time a couple days ago and was very nervous. I am transgender and have had bad experiences at lingerie places in the past. But not here. I was instantly welcomed, and I felt safe and accepted--treated like any other customer. It was a lovely experience, and I highly recommend going there. Totally LGBTQIA+ friendly.

What a gem of a store! We are so lucky - the quality in service and products I can’t say enough how every woman should treat themselves to getting fitted for a bra and purchasing really beautiful lingerie. Once you do nothing else will compare!

I was immediately welcomed and felt at ease. Omg..When I went in, I immediately said " I need help." Miss Tamika is simply the BEST!! I told her I've never been fitted before, She looked at me, asked me a few questions, picked out a few to try on and she did her magic..If you go in there, you will not be sorry..I am a client for life!!

These women are miracle workers. They were very attentive to my partner and have the unique sizes that aren't sold in other stores. It was knowledgeable, friendly and fun experience which really made my partner comfortable. Thank you Ladies!!!
