Friendly and effective service. The only reason I don’t rate this higher is because my car was returned to me smelling like smoke. I am hoping this is an anomaly because I have no other complaints.

High Road is THE greatest car shop experience I've had since I've been driving! (And that's been decades.)Donte was responsive, informative, prompt, professional, neat and most importantly honest about what needed to be done and when. On top of that he's very fair in his pricing! (And triple bonus - if I need to use it, they also accept my extended warranty! (Didn't need it this time, but asked about it as a "just in case".)) They mean it in the name - they take the High Road when repairing your car. I'd rate High Road 10 stars if I could! What a relief to know shops like this still exist!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My experience here was totally amazing! Everything was pretty quick. He answers the phone right away and worked around my timing. When I got there he was very professional the whole time, had my car fixed up in a matter of an hour & the customer service was awesome. This is my third time being to a auto place in the past week and out of everyone I been too I can genuinely say this has been the best yet! I will totally recommend him! Thank you ❤️
