First experience pretty bad. Scheduled appointment to get an estimate done at 8:00am. Upon arriving 15mins early for the appointment I am immediately told that I'm at the wrong place. The man behind the counter told me you may be talking about a different collision shop that was close with a completely different name. I informed him of the number that I dialed which he in fact confirmed with me and stated that it was the correct number. After the wrong place fiasco, I was told the guy that does the estimates wouldn't be in until 8:30am because he had a doctors appointment. I changed my work schedule this day after calling to confirm the day before that I would be coming in at 8:00am. I waited until 8:30am and the guy never showed. The lack of communication between the people at Glenside Collision and with me the customer inconveniences me in a way that makes me not want to do any business at this location. Won't be going back. If I could I would give them 0 stars for the experience. Thanks for nothing.

you wont find a more honest and professional place to have a car repaired or restored after an accident or if you want to get that old car looking new.I have used this garage going back to the olney days. great workmanship,attention to detail.never any problems.
