“Some of the items can seem a little pricey, BUT I still go here whenever I need a last minute gift or a little something for someone - especially for a baby! There are so many adorable, unique gifts and trinkets. Some of my favorite home decor items are from here. And they're always the ones people comment on when they visit.

However, I was incredibly impressed with how this location handled the situation. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they rectify the issue promptly, but someone from their team personally reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution.
They went above and beyond to make things right, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. The replacement arrangement was beautifully done, fresh, and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really counts, and they exceeded my expectations.
