Back when we were living in Oreland we used these fine folks to walk our late and beloved dog Spencer. Fantastic staff who are enthusiastic and punctual.

Zero stars if it were possible. Again, Carolanne is among the most disagreeable people I have ever hired. Not sure why she chose to post about me 3 years later today? Unfriendly person to work with. Her employees intimated as much too.

The owner is responsive, communicative and pleasant. The price is reasonable at $20 per visit. Late February, The owner let me know which of her employees was available and assigned for the dates I needed someone to feed my animals and clean their waste. Late March, meet n greet was suggested for some time mid April. Followed up via phone call then email to set a date. It took about a week to get a response and we picked a date. The meet and greet went well, photos and notes and scheduled twice daily visits for 8:30am and 6pm. My husband and I leave for the days we scheduled and I see that the pet sitter doesn't arrive until 11:30 the first day. I inquired and after saying the feeding was great, they retracted saying they confused me with another client and apologized for being late. The next three days, they arrived up between 10:30 and 11:30am for the first feeding. They did appear to clean up the pet waste and feed the animals. However, I do not believe they used the extra frozen supplemental food because there was the same amount in the freezer from before we left. They took out trash and recycling as an extra. We scheduled a key return for one day, they didn't show. I scheduled it for the next day, they hasn't come all day so I told them I'd pick up the key. They then dropped off my key. In the end, the owner is great. The animals seemed to be okay, were clean and fed if not at the agreed time. Getting the key back took more time but I did get it. Overall, owner is great. Services are okay but that is largely dependent upon the individual.

Love this service. Dog watchers are trustworthy and follow directions perfectly. They call love animals, and it shows. Plus, they offer to help with things like collect the mail, water plants, and more.

Literally A WASTE OF TIME! Spent nearly 2 weeks of back and forth Only for her to email and say she doesn't have a sitter for the dates and area. The person emailed me Thursday! WEEK AND A HALF after communicating with her. I messaged them Sunday! As the email wasn't seen. It's 2021, she had my number. She didn't call OR text that an email was sent and relied on her email being gotten in a time efficient manner even though she told me to check my "spam folder"for her emails! If you know that your emails could end up there why not simply call! Horrible! I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else. What a waste of time and effort. THE ONE STAR REVIEWS aren't lying! BELIEVE THEM! Her "reply" confirms exactly what I stated. I spoke with her over the phone ONCE in nearly TWO WEEKS... and had to rely on hoping I saw her email that would be sent to my "spam folder". PLEASE NOTICE THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY (is that who you want to be in YOUR home and attempting to care for YOUR beloved pet(s)?!!!!) Hire this service at your OWN RISK! And I'm TOTALLY happy that I figured this out before having my beloved animal in her care! Good riddance!

Tina is the best! sometimes we think our cat likes her more than she likes us! Always reliable and the cat isn't stressed when we return so we know she feels safe and cared for.

I used Furry Buddies for around 7-8 years. Everyone I met was kind, caring and extremely reliable. They communicated well and if one of the staff was planning a day off and they provided a replacement. I felt so comfortable and relieved knowing they were with my dog,Lexi. They would call or text me if they noticed anything different about her. Their daily notes were great and when I had to say goodbye to her at 15 years old I received cards and beautiful gift from her walker amd the owner made a donation in her memory to a local rescue. This is the best organization to help you care for your pet. It is a great price for what they do. Much more than just a “walk” they provide a loving - compassionate reliable service. We have used Furry Buddies for many years now and are excellent! Our older kitty needed shots and they were so compassionate. Now we have 2 sister cats and can go away without worries. Thank goodness for Furry Buddies...very trustworthy in your home

They give very personalized service. My sitters know my dogs and know what they need. They stay at the home around 30 minutes and really give a quality visit. I trust them with my cherished dogs.

Mary was wonderful with Hugh. He's shy on top of being an elderly, rather creaky old boy but she was endlessly patient and always looking out for his best interests.

I used this service for several years, once or twice a year, for care for our cats while we were on vacation. I probably had 3 or 4 different caregivers over that span, and they were all terrific. I also referred them to friends and family. My son's family began using them for once-a-day dog walks during the week to give their young high-energy large-breed dog some time out of his crate during the work day. The gal they assigned to them was very nice, mostly reliable, but it became clear that she is not really a large-dog person and they felt the dog was not getting as much personal interaction as they had hoped. So we reached out to the owner and very nicely asked, by email, if perhaps she had someone else who might be a better fit, no rush, but to keep it in mind. She immediately reached out to her caregiver and apparently told her they were unhappy with the service and replied defending her, complaining about the dog and stating that the dog would be better in a doggy-daycare situation, even though she was well aware that he is not well socialized with other animals making that impossible. After some back and forth by email and text, in which we were told that the caregiver no longer felt "comfortable" caring for the dog, my daughter-in-law informed the owner that they weren't going to need the service any longer. The owners response was to email ME (keep in mind this is not MY dog) and tell me that she is terminating our relationship effective immediately. I had just booked our next vacation, which is a couple weeks away, with one of her caregivers, and she's DUMPING ME because we dared suggest that someone else might be a better fit? So she lost 2 clients in one fell swoop, not to mention that I'm now writing this lovely review AND will obviously never refer her to anyone again. To quote Pretty Woman "BIG MISTAKE! BIG MISTAKE!"
