I called hoping to find an obscure faucet part that I had trouble finding for almost two years. I called Flow Kitchen and Bath and Grace listened. She found one of her suppliers with the part and arranged for it to be mailed to me. The part arrived shortly thereafter. What service! Thanks Grace.
