Ray was a tremendous help with the issue of double charges. I believe the tellers name was laura or lauren who took my phone call later in the day who was very helpful as well

Love citizens but rai at your Glenside location is really lazy. Could def use some skill work and pushed to be more helpful with customers. Obvious she doesn't want to do anything .
