“As parents of two young kids, our cars are constantly littered with crumbs and trash; even slime! Ok, can't blame the kids completely, we had a share in the mess. :-)
We took our two cars to get the interior and exterior detailed. Glenside Auto Spa has awesome and professional customer service. Assured me that they would take good care of our vehicles. They kept me informed on when our cars would be ready and let me know 30 minutes in advance, so I can arrange to pick the cars up. After we got our cars back, we were shocked at how great they looked. THEY GOT THE SLIME OUT! I don't remember the last time our cars looked this great! Will be taking our cars back!”

They did a beautiful job replacing my windshield, even restoring the velcro for my E-ZPass! There was no mess and no excess adhesive (like I've had from some other vendors). What a great experience. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.”

“Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.”

“I contacted MacEntee Auto Glass per the recommendation of North Penn Mazda. A windshield replacement was the only option after a crack appeared within a day of something hitting it. The communication with Erin was courteous, professional and caring. They worked with North Penn Mazda to have the windshield installed and the recalibration done while the car was there for service. I could have taken my car to (the location that exists in almost every city) for the replacement but I am very doubtful I would have been given the same care, consideration and perfectionism that MacEntee showed. “When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”
“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

“My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “I love love love this place. They are truthful and transparent about what they will do and alternatives to save you money. They provide cheaper suggestions to try before coming to them and if they do not work, they are more than happy to help you. I live in Delaware and I plan to visit this shop and get maintenance around me visiting my sister who lives a few blocks down because of their customer service and honesty. I came with my Toyota Celica with one problem and 100% trust it won't come out with another. The only thing is that they can get busy, but its worth it, just call ahead to understand the possible timeline.”
