We've worked with Terri and her team three times over the past 10 years and each time was an phenomenal experience! She explained everything and was patient and thorough when answering our questions. As first time home buyers, she helped us understand how much our realistic budget should be so we wouldn't be overextended. As a refinance, she helped us time the market to maximize savings. Most recently, she helped us successfully close within 30 days in they hyper-competitive post-covid market and provided advice on how we could make our offer most attractive to a seller. She was even able to use her connections to make sure our closing happened when we hit a hiccup with utility service mere hours before closing! We trust Terri wholeheartedly and will definitely look to her again for any future lending needs.

My experience with BMC Keystone Home Mortgage was an excellent one I've never met such a more professional group of people before, I've been around a lot of people this group top of the line all the way 100%. With the personal treatment the one-on-ones the comfortability the breakdown of every single detail that a person should know about buying a house rather for the first time or for the second or third time it's just phenomenal I don't know what else to say except outstanding it was definitely a great choice that we made my wife and I to go with that team and it's a choice that will never be regretted. Terri worked with us on our recent home purchase and was incredible. She provided a personal, hands on touch during the whole process.
