Went here for the first time today and it was a great experience. I had Erica do my highlights, trim and blowout and she did a wonderful job. I liked the atmosphere in there and the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. They were able to schedule me in the same week and were able to add my daughter in on the same day for a haircut as well. I’m super last-minute when booking hair appts so I appreciated that. I’ll definitely have my hair done here again.

I had been looking for a new stylist for a while. I saw Lauren at Belle Amie and she did a good job. Prices here are lower than most and it's a nice atmosphere. I recommend it.

They cancelled my hair appointment 20 minutes before I was going to leave, and gave absolutely no reason as to why they cancelled on such short notice. All I needed was a quick haircut and they wouldn't even allow me to have another stylist cut my hair today. I am very upset with how this situation was handled with no sympathy or apologies.
