“I've been using PNC bank for years and have always been pleased with the service that I get there. I thought I would do a review now because an employee at this branch really impressed me! Just before the CORViD-19 shutdown really took effect, I needed to take care of some business at PNC bank. I knew what I needed was going to be time consuming and a tedious job. The service associate Kathleen Smith was sooooo nice and accommodating. Never once did she look or act like I was inconveniencing her. Doing her job with professionalism & precision, yet still being very friendly. Never once did she make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. Customer service is a real pet peeve of mine because of my own work experiences. I was more than pleased after I left the bank and wanted to give a shout out to the great job PNC is doing and especially Kathleen Smith!”
“Ray was a tremendous help with the issue of double charges. I believe the tellers name was laura or lauren who took my phone call later in the day who was very helpful as well”
