Don’t waste your time with this place. I’ve been trying for six months to get a new CPAP machine. They don’t answer the phone, voicemails and emails. Do yourself a favor and use another supplier.

The girl Alexa that works in the respatory department is rude. They make excuses for not returning phone calls.. very unprofessional.
Just look at all.of the bad reviews.. everyone else can't be the problem

First - the office staff is very helpful. But if you want your products delivered accurately 50% of the time, then this is your store. Their warehouse (out of state) constantly ships the wrong products. I've had to order parts from Amazon to get me through. The office staff is the only reason I can give this 2 stars otherwise it would be a 1. Sorry.

I have had a tremendous experience with Baird Respiratory & Medical Equipment. I came from a bad situation (provider) to Baird, and I have had no problems at all. Melissa Stevenson, Respiratory Department Supervisor is always super responsive, clearly cares, and prioritizes my equipment needs. I can't thank her or Baird Respiratory & Medical Equipment enough.

total scam of a company. Gave them my insurance info they told me it would be covered and I would have a reasonable deductible. Billed hundreds of dollars more than what I was told me.

Scammer! They are very good at making money from insurance while sending damaged products. When you contact them, they aren’t professional at all! How come they are still at business! They are lucky that they making money from all the insurance scam!

I have had no return phone calls for about a month now. Pre-pandemic they were wonderful! Always got a return call. I tried to get them to make an appt as my mask seems to be leaking. I need to get hold of them as they just sent me three mask cushions that do not fit. Very disgusted and disappointed in what used to be a great company.

You might as well be calling into a void. They never pick up, and when you leave a voice-mail for them to call you back, they don't. I requested new supplies but I missed a call about some sizing issues. They never sent the supplies but still charged me. Just go somewhere else for your CPAP needs.

it is really sad that such an important provider of services lacks patient care or customer service. they do not return phone calls...really? you take my money instantly but will not call me back? I will do my best to expose you very widely. shame on you for taking advantage of so many who need the help of the services you are setup to provide. if I could give you ZERO Stars, it would be a pleasure. I hope you suffer the way you have left me to suffer this week. Tomorrow will make my 5th call and voicemail this week with not even a single text back, much less a call. Shame on all of you!!

I was there to drop off a piece of equipment for repair and pick up a loaner while my equipment was being repaired. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and the staff was very friendly.

I hope that you aren't in a hurry because if you are, you have come to the wrong place. This is a place that I dread trying to contact or even visit. No one ever answers the phone. EVER. You always have to call, leave information and HOPE that they call you back. Its a shame that they are the only respiratory supply place in town because they know that they can hold people hostage and get away with this. They bill you whenever they feel like it without reason and good luck trying to find out why! All in all lousy communications and rotten customer service. I'm sure they know this and obviously they don't care! Less than 3rd rate.

CALLED 9 DAYS NEVER GOT A RETURN PHONE CALL!!! THEY ARE ALL ON VACATION!!! SAME HAPPENED 3 YEARS AGO. THEY JUST DON'T CARE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER A PERSON THAT ANSWERS PHONE!!!
