They were booked up with work for a week, but were able to fit me in and take care of my brakes. They really do go out of their way to help their customers. I would give this place 10 stars if Google let me.

Overall worthwhile place to go. They know me far too well now (??) but they don’t oversell you on things wrong with your vehicle which I really appreciate. They will also let you know if someone can do that work cheaper and they will recommend them to you. That’s probably the most honest thing I’ve had a mechanic do before. Again really encouraging to make you go back again. It’s nice to know that when they do tell you something is wrong with your vehicle they aren’t trying to make a buck off you. It’s because it’s genuinely needed. They are not the cheapest mechanic in the area, but you’re getting good work for the price. That’s worth it to me.

My best friend, John Slowe (RIP) worked there 52 years ago when Nick Waters (RIP) was boss. Nick's partner, Will Brock tragically passed too young in a car accident in Erdenhiem.I have a low mileage 1988 Iroc that needs to be refreshed that's been sitting in my garage for about 8 years. Hopefully you guys would be interested in getting it back on the road. Don't know when we could do this but sooner than later. Still recall that cool 55 Chevy race car with the Cuba license plates.Services: Auto engine tuning

Our family, and at least ten different cars over nearly forty years- that's right- have been served, and serviced, with immediate attention, unparalleled skill and a full understanding of our automotive needs by the family of B&W Auto. Everyone at B&W understands our approach to owning our cars, station wagons, minivans and SUVs. The office managers and staff and the mechanics we have come to know well have each taken the time to understand us as long-time customers, and have advised us on every level of care and maintenance that has permitted us to drive confidently and safely for all these years with all these different types of cars. The explanations we receive for things to repair on any type of car are delivered patiently, and clearly. They are skilled not only at repairing our cars but in advising us regarding the short-term and longer-term repairs we should anticipate, so we are not surprised as we drive older cars which, of course, can become more expensive to repair as they age. Before we found the Waters family at B & W, one of the unstable elements of life was never knowing if the auto service we received was accurate. We have never had that worry since we started with them. We drive confidently, and we know we can trust their repairs, their explanations and their prices, too. We have recommended other friends and family to B & W. Everyone we have recommended has a similar story to relate. It has been completely satisfying to be long-time customers, but also to share information about some of the joys and routines of normal life, with everyone at B & W. The B & W crew is just the best. We can recommend no one, nor any business, more enthusiastically or with more confidence, than the Waters family and their B & W Auto Service.

Great family owned business. They’ve done several of my inspections, and if my car has needed work, they have always been cheaper than the big, name brand shops. Definitely recommend!

A very professionally run family business!! I am certain that I received the best advice and value for the repairs required. B&W have reinforced my belief that dealing with family owned businesses versus the big brands provides you with a much better customer experience. Thank-you for looking after my son and his car when I was unable to be there to take a look at it during this pandemic. It is so nice to know that a business can relate to and care so much for their customers. Cheers!!
