Her unwavering dedication to excellence and exceptional commitment to meeting residents' needs have had a profound impact on our living experience.From the moment I moved into this apartment complex, Elisa Morris's level of professionalism and attention to detail has consistently impressed me. “The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. Very highly recommend!!”

“Lived here for 7 months (6month 30day lease as I was new to the area) from 01dec2023 to 30jun2024 in a 1bed and loved my time here! To clarify I left to reduce the driving distance to my workplace, and downsize my living quarters as I came to know the region better. All the staff were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable about everything a tenant might need. Martin is on maintenance and one of the most personable and willing to help staff members I've ever dealt with, whether its likely thr 4th time in 2 days he shoveling out the sidewalks (pic is before he got to it) or moving quickly to stop water from leaking down from the upstairs neighbors. And Lydia is always willing to make time for you. Any questions you have, ask away as their professionalism and willingness to clarify are always top regardless of the issue, whether it's moving, resolving odd issues during your stay, or moving out.
In my opinion this place has the highest value in the area as closer to the center of Conshohocken and prices skyrocket and further away it no longer feels like a walkable distence. Most of the good restuarants are a mile walk from here which for me was always perfect in warmer weather to enjoy the neighborhood and walk off a good meal. Less so in winter obviously, but I'm a southerner so take that with its fair share of salt.
There's no central A/C but there was a heater in the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen worked fine in winter, and surprisingly the 2 A/c units werr just enough in summer.
The neighborhood is great whether its the neighbors next door or down the street, seems like everyone has a dog and they're always looking for pets. Beware though, some of the neighborhood dogs (not the apartment community) were hyper aggressive on my runs in the evening and some of the owners have no intention of reigning them back for whatever reason. Running is acessible down most roads although theres some areas where the sidewalk just ends unexpectedly without rhyme or reason. The best days were the days i got to jog a 5k through the backroads, comeback clean up, and then walk down to Bar Lucca (pics if you like those) for date in the setting sun. Or better yet, forgetting what day it was, going out on a saturday and finding a parade further down the road.
Biggest downside was the not in unit washer and dryer during winter. I did have a problem when first moving in as they dont typically move people in on saturdays and they require a checkfor the first payment (which as a zoomer i dont remember the last time i'd touched a checkbook). Again though the staff is knowledgable and professional and Lydia and another Galman group employee worked with me to get it settled in a timely manner.
They're renovating these as people move out, so likely a mild price hike, but from what I can tell its still some of the best prices in an ever pricier neighborhood.

“I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! Maintenance services are provided quickly and efficiently - thank Craig and Howard. And Barbars Hayes runs a tight ship when it comes to concierge services. You'll feel like you live in a luxury hotel here!”

“Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.

This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. “We lived at Willow Pointe for about 15 months and moved out recently due to needing more space. We enjoyed living there so moving out was a little biter sweet. Keely and the office staff were always on their game and very attentive. When i put a maintenance request in , it was handled in a timely manner.Throughout the year the complex had various group get togethers which were always fun. it was great to have a gym on site so I could work out at any time.If we didn't need a bigger place, we would still be living here.I highly recommend Willow Pointe”

“I have lived at Melrose Station Apts since 2022 and I love it. Apartment has beautiful modern appliances and it is very spacious. The Management and Maintenance are professional and friendly. I am a senior citizen and I feel safe, comfortable, have access to the train and local stores are within walking distance. The apartments must be soundproof because it is very quiet and the grounds are well-maintained.”

“When I toured back in May I was shown around by Michelle Montalvo, a leasing manager, and I could not have been more happy with the experience! She took it upon herself to give a tour even when she was very busy and it was greatly appreciated! In addition, the apartments are all very pretty and spacious as well as affordably priced. The only real concern was with an employee who has now left, so if anything, it has gotten better. Just some of the great things we have to say:- Attentive, efficient maintenance team.- Quiet, respectful and clean environment.- Great amenities, especially the gym and pool.- Safe and secure handling of packages.- Many similar-minded neighbors (young professionals).- An amazing Deli restaurant (though 3rd party operated).- Location, location, location!And probably the best feature was when choosing to move here, we had a selection of apartments including ones that weren't open for up to 6 months (not just immediate openings). That allowed us to choose our dream apartment 4 months in advance! Never have I seen that anywhere before. This made the whole moving process easy to manage.Totally recommend!”
