Cody is the best! I was returning a pair of shoes and gave the FedEx return option at Walgreens a try. I had no clue how to print the return shipping label or do anything else with it and Cody helped me with finding the label on my phone and getting it printed. He got the package all ready to return and he taught me how to use certain aspects of my phone I did not know how to do before. Thank you for all your patience and help! I could not have done that return without you and would have ended up going to the Post Office and paying for postage.

Switching to this pharmacy several months ago has been a game changer for me. It’s definitely much more private than my last pharmacy. You don’t feel like the whole store can hear your conversation. Much faster service. (They don’t pretend to not see you for 10 minutes while you just stand there waiting) Treated with respect and importance, not as a burden. When I ignore my refill texts (almost always ?) they actually call to remind me and we usually set up delivery which is so very helpful to me at this time. It’s nice to not be tied to a pharmacy just because it’s closer by.

I'm not sure how Walgreens stays in business. This location is especially empty, but I recommend this branch. It is well organized and always stocked. It's a very dependable store in the community..

Signed up for a covid injection, filled out paperwork online, went at appointed time, stood in line, at that point was told "oh we dont contract with upmc , this will be expensive. What is the point - dont waste my time. Give that info up front. Girl at reception was rude.

Only Walgreens I know of where the pharmacy is closed all weekend. I went to the hospital last night with a bad infection and had penicillin called into the Walgreens for pickup, came here Sunday morning and they're closed. It's a joke

I had an absolute horrible experience at the Walgreens in Glenshaw tonight. I have been customer of Walgreens for over 20 years and of this location for approximately 3 years. I moved my prescriptions to CVS. I went to purchase Pseudoephedrine for a cold. It is a non prescription drug but considered a controlled item because it can be used to manufacture illegal drugs. The Pharmacist on duty told me that I needed a drivers license to make the purchase, but I had unfortunately misplaced it. She refused to sell me the medication even though she has known me for a long time, has called me in the past at my home to discuss my medications and even greeted me by my first name when I walked in this evening. When she refused to sell me the medication, it was 20 minutes before closing, so I did not have enough time to go home and get my passport. However, as I was leaving the store I ran into a neighbor who offered to purchase the non prescription medication for me. So I went back to see the Pharmacist with her. She refused to sell it to my neighbor friend stating that she now knew she was buying it for me. At this point I really questioned her motivation and ability to discern between rules and a pharmacist's ability, authority and judgement to care for a customer/patient. I am 61 years old, and as I said, a long standing customer of Walgreens. I was purchasing one small quantity package and have no ongoing history of buying this product. I do not have the profile of a drug abuser or derelict but that is exactly how she treated me. I would have expected this from an inexpierenced clerk that was on the job for a week and could just quote rules. Not an educated Pharmacist that has a relationship with her patients and a commitment to provide adequate safe care. This Pharmacist showed no situational awareness and failed to do her job. She sent me out of the store embarrassed and in need of the medication. I certainly wound not want someone in charge of my business and responsible for customer care that possesses a complete lack of common sense. By the way, CVS Pharmacy in Hampton is open until 8PM and the Giant Eagle, adjacent to them is open until 9PM with much better hours overall. There are usually very few customers at this Walgreens. Now it's clear to me why.

Best Walgreens I've ever visited. Was in town for the holiday and looking for products for a sick kid. EVERY employee I ran into asked if I needed help finding things (I did!). Extraordinarily friendly. In and out of the store quickly with everything I needed. I highly recommend!

I took my pictures here to get developed in may and still haven't gotten them back. was told 3 separate times that they would be done in a week. it has now been 4 months and i am furious! i spend $20 on film for this camera for it to get lost and i will never get to see those memories again. please do not go here to get your film developed!

The staff working on Tuesday, August 4th 2020 at 7:30 pm est were actually amazing. I walked in after seeing a deal for ice cream on the red text sign outside. Their system didn't have it on record, but they looked outside, saw the sign, and made it happen. Super pleased with the 2 of them I interacted with. Please give them both a raise.

This Walgreens was beyond helpful!!! I was traveling from FL and 13 weeks pregnant with the most awful morning sickness and ran out of my nausea Rx 3hrs before my flight home. Pharmacy technician Tina got in touch with my Dr. in FL and had my Rx ready for pickup within an hour. She was so help and nice. She truly was my life saver!!!
