“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“This branch is usually an "all or nothing" kind of deal. My last experience was very exceptional and very friendly & helpful. Depends on the day, time, and the person helping you. I've had times it is 1 Star. I've had times it's 5 Star. More often than not, I get a 5 Star experience. My last experience was great. So 5 Stars from me.”

Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging.”

“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”
“I've used this location on several occasions. It is the fastest service I've ever received from a post office. The staff have always been helpful and appropriate. I appreciate that they have later hours than other locations nearby. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of the parking lot, but I can't imagine the postal workers have any hand in that. Otherwise, the location is always clean and I haven't had to wait more than a couple of minutes.”

“Although we’ve had issues with the mailmen and our mail delivery, I wanted to post a review regarding Edwin the post office supervisor. I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the effort Edwin and other post office employees are putting in to this situation.”

“This is a small but neat USPS post office, with standard postal services. There is a small free carpark in front of about 8 or so spots. There are a couple of handicapped parking spots, and a ramp from the carport to the main entrance. It opens half day on Saturdays, which is convenient.”
