I really love this office. They are so great with my son. We usually see dr. Palmer or dr. Cartieri. They are both wonderful and the young lady that does his shots is super wonderful too!

Dr. Palmer and Dr. Simon are amazing with my son. Awesome practice. Called for a sick visit and they got him in within the hour! Definitely recommend❤️

I used to love this doctors office I brought my kids since my oldest was born in 2012. But stopped this year. One extremely horrible experience ruined it all for us. Please if you have a nurse by the name of Carol Hilliard, please be sure she's gentle with your child. I made the mistake of trusting her, thinking she knew what she was doing having been there for as long as I recalled. But she was nothing but rude to my 4 year old who was scared to have the covid test done. Instead of easing her into it she vigorously and violently shoved the swab up both sides of her nose, as my daughter threw herself backwards twisting and turning her head around. I, already holding her arms, was trying to help but with the lack of her bed side manner (not helping to explain what's gunna happen to help calm my daughter down about the procedure) and ignorance to my daughters fears, and neglect to have her lay or sit somewhere safely while she performed procedure, after there was no concern she showed (had even snared at me that my 4 year old kicked her) as my daughter was screaming crying holding her nose and eyes saying how badly she hurt her. She ended up throwing up in the room before we could even get our jacket on. By the time we got home I seen the bruising starting to appear. By the next morning there was major bruising to both her eye lids and broken vessels in her eye balls. I called and was waived off and told to monitor it. The following day I called again bc it seemed to just be getting darker, brought her in for them to point the finger at me as if I would have caused that to happen. I truly thank the Lord my baby has no severe injury from this incident, but it was really awful to watch unfold. I still find myself crying about this, wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy.

Always so fast and on time! This practice is just wonderful, very supportive when you have sick kiddos. Will do virtual or call in prescriptions when appropriate. They always get you in to see the doctor same day too!

Great pediatric practice. The doctors a d nurses are all familiar with my children and they are east to make appointments with. My kids all feel safe going there (even when they have to get shots). I highly recommend them.

Great doctors and staff. Everyone is super thorough, empathetic, patient, and responds promptly to our concerns via call or mychart. Very reliable staff as a whole! Highly recommend.

We love this office! I've had a great experience with all of the providers my infant has seen. They're all very thorough and informative. They really take the time to explain things and listen to any concerns.

Our oldest daughter is 6, we have seeing the physicians, nurse practitioners/pa-c, medical assistances, talking to the nurses and the ladies in the front since our oldest has been born. We now have 4 children, who have all been taken care of by everyone at the office. We have so much confidence with everyone at the office, our kids are their main priority when we are there and/or on the phone. We put our trust in all of them and they are wonderful! We can not thank everyone enough for taking such great care of all of our kids plus us as parents.

I have been bringing my daughter to this Pediatric office since she was a newborn and each time the staff go above & beyond. She is now 16 months old, and the care we have received is heartwarming. We love each pediatrician, as well as everyone who works in the office. Everyone is always super friendly and I feel they genuinely care for my daughter, for which I am thankful. I wanted to call out the MA who works there, Carol H, who is always a pleasure and ensures my concerns are addressed and my daughter’s needs are met. I request her each time to give my daughter her shots. Thank you again!!

Last time we went the room wasn't clean. there was a pink puke bucket on the table and the table cover wasn't changed. I stated this to the woman who brought us back. she rolled her eyes and removed the pink bucket and cleaned up some. when the dr saw us I told her what happened she said she'll let someone know.
We have since found another pediatric dr to go to.

Took my child in for a one month check up and to get his one month vaccine. Nurse came in took weight and measurements and then we waited for the doctor. After about 20 minutes the nurse came back in with multiple shots which we thought was for our child. At this point we still did not see the doctor. We knew he was suppose to get a vaccine at one month and I even asked the nurse, isn't he suppose to get his hepatitis B shot today and she replied while continued to work on my son "no, that's at 9 months". The nurse had the wrong room and gave my one month son the wrong vaccines, vaccines for a 2 month old child. This office needs to put new rules and procedures in place in. This is unacceptable and we have lost all trust / confidence in this office and the staff/doctors.As new parents we did not know what to expect from our second doctors appointment and we were left in shock and anger with very little information of what just happened and very little follow up about what the vaccines he was actually given and how they could affect him. We had to call multiple other doctors and the CDC to follow up to ensure the safety of our child. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I have been taking my kids here for 12 years and every doctor has been fantastic. Extremely responsive even after hours, always able to answer questions and don’t always require a ridiculous appointment to do so. They take excellent care of my kids and I would never hesitate to recommend them.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Schroeder is very patient and reassuring to this first time mom. Haven’t had any problems making appointments. On call nurse was very friendly when my little one got sick for the first time.
