I took my car in for inspection. It's a 2021. They told me I needed new windshield wiper blades. I just put a new one on one month ago. So they go back upon further inspection. I only need one new one but they were going to charge me for two. I offered to go up the street and buy a windshield wiper and put it on and they tell me that if I do that it's going to be full price for another inspection. This is why dealerships get a bad rap. I only needed one windshield wiper but they want to charge me a ridiculous amount for it and a ridiculous amount to put it on. I filled their report was fraudulent from the beginning in an attempt to get more money from me.

The service was great. They down loaded 3 updates to the XM radio then a few eeks later had to down load another update. the product/software that supports the XM radio still does work properly. While I am driving on an interstate I79 the radio on occasion will change channels to one number lower. Sometimes it goes into a buffering mode while driving and I find after 5 min. in buffering mode I need to power off and power back on the radio. If I turn the engine off and go shopping for a short while or leave it sit over night, it doesn't hold the previous station 66 Watercolors, it drops down to station 65. It is very frustrating. Plain and simple it is junk.

On Friday 8/2/24 my boyfriend and I took a day off of work to go and look at a used 2019 ford f350 on their lot. Safe to say my boyfriend and I loved the truck. After a test drive and a small amount of time negotiating, my boyfriend decided he wanted the truck. We found that the front hubs were seized and the hub lockers would not move. We asked for them to look at it, they said they would on Monday (8/5/24) because that’s when a tech would be in to see it. That was all good on our end considering the truck was just gone over and it should have been caught. My boyfriends credit had been ran on Friday for the truck and the salesmen said they were going to run it through another bank that was not open at that time. We were not allowed to put a deposit down and they could not hold the truck for us. We were told to expect a call on Monday (8/5/24) about the hubs being seized and on a better interest rate, which we were excited for and expecting. Come the next day, Saturday (8/3/24) we got a call from the dealership that they just delivered the truck. Confused, we asked for our salesman who said it was sold to someone else. We would not have ran my boyfriends credit if we were not going to purchase the truck, and they sold a truck with seized hubs to someone else. At the end of the day, we get a hit on our credit for nothing at all which is not okay. And someone received a truck with seized hubs which is also not okay. Joe ball gmc has lost our trust and our business. We will never return. We have spent our hard earned money elsewhere and are much happier with the results. I do not recommend this dealer unless you want your credit hit for nothing, and agreements unmet.

Everytime I get my car serviced here I have problems 2/3 times I’ve needed a tow and they argue it wasn’t their fault even though they just worked on that part. All the years I’ve taken my car to Firestone I’ve never had an issue but I always have one at Joe ball. I will NEVER go back!

The entire staff at Joe Ball GMC is top-notch! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Bill Bauer is a great salesman. He is personable, patient, and kind. He answered all of my questions and treated them with seriousness. He helped me choose the right vehicle for me. I left the same day in my new car which is exactly what I wanted.
