I had my car in for front brakes.did not like the way they brake.went back they test drove said nothing wrong charged me 47 dollars.still don't like they brake

Went for an alignment after installing coilovers. Green Apple Auto was very knowledgeable in the e90 chassis and was exactly the business I was looking for. Traveled 30 miles and would take my car there again in a heartbeat.

Nick at the front made my entire experience. He was so accommodating, didn’t treat me differently because I am a woman, and spoke to me with so much compassion. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough. Great and honest prices as well! No secret costs. You can see what you’re getting yourself into before you do it. I’m very excited to have this shop as my go to mechanic!

The customer service from Green Apple has always been great. I had to call multiple times (my fault, not at all theirs!) to schedule some items for an appointment. Nick was so very patient with me, and it was much appreciated. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by name. It’s a very nice touch. The waiting area is nice, the appointments are quick, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Met guys from Green Apple at Pitt Race last year and took my car for an inspection there after. The attention to detail they demonstrated with a simple inspection shows how much they care about cars and their drivers: it's the only place I've gotten an inspection sticker in the last 10 years that actually took the time to place the stickers low enough on the glass to not obstruct my view, and placed both stickers perfectly in-line. It may seem like a tiny detail, but it's indicative of how much they care and the level of detail is evident elsewhere in their service. Since then Ive had them do a couple other things I wasnt able to do myself, and my expectations have always been met. Green Apple is professionally-trained car enthusiasts providing services for other car enthusiasts, without a doubt, a safe bet for whatever you need.
