My experience dealing with Frank was excellent. I was interested in a 2003 Porsche 996 but I live over 400 miles away and have never bought a car online. He was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. When I went to get the car, it was exactly as described and now a month later, no hidden issues. Fair price, honest and friendly. Just what you want in a car dealer.

They sold me a lemon. Had to put in way more money to keep my car running. And still am. Highly disappointed. The cars might look good on the outside but insides are rotting and corroding away

Aaron did a FaceTime walk around of the Jag XK and answered all my questions and pointed out even the smallest concerns. Frank is a man of his word. My experience was unique due to the fact we had to wait for Porsche parts and the dealer to get the car ready. Frank always kept me updated and always returned my calls. He also assured me that he would make sure it was right when I accepted delivery. And he made that happen! Thanks again.

WARNING:I bought an Acura from them in 2009. It was a standard process and relatively pleasurable buying experience. When I attempted to trade/sell the car last year, the news I received was startling.The car had apparently been involved in a serious accidents resulting in major frame damage and all of the panels (aside from one) being replaced or repaired. I didn't believe it, so the guy at the dealership showed me by pointing out faulty repair welds on the frame and the severely incorrect thickness of the paint throughout the body of the vehicle. It was explained to me, that had I gotten into a front end accident, the car would have crumpled like a tin can. Frank R. at exceptional motor cars had shown me a carfax report and professed to me how "clean" the car was.I lost $3,000+ (less than KBB value because of the structural damage) on the car and put my life and the lives of my friends and family at risk every time the vehicle was driven. I would use EXTREME caution when buying from this dealership and would suggest you avoid it at all costs.

My experience with dad and son was unprofessional and extremely poor. I had a multitude of problems with the 2004 Viper I purchased. I ran out of gas on the turnpike believing as Frank said "the tank was filled". It was the gas gauge which was covered in his warranty but when the replacement was installed he refused to cover the cost. He stated he would give me $600 for the repairs. This was not near the cost. I said I was going to submit a small claims judgement against him and he said "go ahead, I'll win anyway. I've been there before". There were other issues including the repair shop he required me to take the car. They repaired another item but left a broken part inside that caused the new one to break. I had to pay for the repairs.. He die "generously" give me a replacement part.
