David, thank you for going above and beyond from communication to clean up. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I chose David for handyman services including reinstallation of a drapery rod that I made a complete mess of trying to fix myself. It involved drywall patching. He repaired a pantry door and installed a new thermostat. He responded quickly with a more than fair quote, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy! Unheard of these days. He went above and beyond to help me and even provided tips for multiple DIY tasks to
save me $. He provided recommendations on other repairs I asked about and without asking, he helped me to prioritize my repairs. He is meticulous in his work and operates as if it were in his own home. I only wish I had found him sooner! It is obvious he cares about his customers needs and holds himself to a very high standard. He is thoughtful in his work and is committed to delivering value. You wont be disappointed. Thanks again, David!

Dave recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and to stay he did an amazing job is an understatement. From the beginning to the very end he kept us informed and involved in the process and provided expert guidance along the way. Even taking time to humor my three year old son who was very curious about the process (and tools) lol. The quality of his work is outstanding down to the finest details and I could not be happier with how our kitchen turned out. We are so appreciative of his hard work, mindfulness of our budget, and his grace in dealing with the several challenges that cropped up along the way. Even more so, for the several side quests he did and helped us with, very much outside the scope of our contract. The care he took to make our home safer and more efficient just says so much about his expertise and character. While we are happy to have our kitchen back, we were sad to see Dave go! He just feels like part of the family now and we hope to have him back for more projects in the future. Thank you, Dave!

Fantastic. Dave is a great guy and does quality work. He is probably the only contractor I have used that is more responsive than I could ever be. He answers calls, texts and emails promptly. I can't tell you how many out there don't respond back. He communicates throughout the build and offers his opinion to help you make the best decision. His prices are competitive and he does quality work. I have no complaints about him. I never had to worry if he was ripping me off or being dishonest. According to him, everything is possible. For my job he was the only person that worked on it. Start to finish. If i can figure out how to upload pictures i will. He had to take down a wall and move all the water, gas, and drain pipes.Hopefully you are lucky enough for him to accept your job!! My wife and I are very happy! This year we used David’s Home Improvements for three main renovations in our house. It can be intimidating starting a large project like that; but, David put us at ease right away. I cannot say enough how grateful we feel to have found David. With each project he made sure to explain the different steps involved making us become more educated home owners.When surprises out of the scope of work came up (and there were many!!), he stepped in and assisted right away. He also insisted on being present whenever we needed to meet with a different company for other projects, such as new windows and roofing to be sure we were asking the right questions and getting the best price.Above and beyond doesn’t really say enough. David doesn’t only do great/beautiful work; but, he is a great person as well!After this past year, we feel like we have a friend/contractor for life.Services: Paint indoors

Timely, honorable and reasonably priced. Wow - these are the things I look for and found with David's Home Improvements. I had a cable line installed in my spare bedroom and David even hooked up my set-top box and TV for me. While at my home he also replaced siding that was falling off the back of my garage and also replaced two screen doors. Total cost was about $200. Totally worth it! He even was nice to my dogs and gave them treats!!!Apr 7, 2018 - Had David out for more home improvements recently and am really pleased w/ the work he's done thus far. He installed a ceiling fan for me in the Florida room and repaired my garage door opener. David was not only punctual but performed the work for a very reasonable price. And YES, he even treated my dogs again! Love it!4/15/20 - I called upon David again to fix my garage door. David was here in no time and remedied my garage door immediately. He is really so talented. And , yes, he treated my dogs again!

David exceeded all of our expectations. He transformed our dated kitchen into our dream. Cannot recommend David highly enough! He truly helped us with a complex shower issue in a way that others simply could not do. I appreciated that he took his time to do a thorough assessment of the issue at the time of the appraisal and even before he came to do the job. We are new homeowners and were looking for a contractor to do a complete overhaul of our two 50's style bathrooms (floors, tile, shower door, tub, fans, lighting, toilet, vanity, plumbing, etc). When I met David it was obvious that he is knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work Even during the initial meeting he chatted about different ideas for our space and gave explanations (in layman's terms) as to how he would handle the various aspects of the job. As someone who is not very handy around the house it was helpful and reassuring to hear about the process that he would be undertaking to redo our bathrooms. David's work proved to be true to my initial impression. He kept us in the loop with his progress and guided us through choosing everything from ceiling fans to tiles. He was always ready with helpful design tips and kept an eye out for products we might like while at the store. He kept our budget in mind throughout the whole process by providing input on the areas he thought we could save or what materials were truly worth buying at a higher quality. David was very responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. Before he even started work on our bathrooms I called him from Home Depot while overwhelmed trying to figure out what I should be looking at or considering. He quickly returned my call and talked me through ceramic vs porcelain tiles and different product brands among other items (he even offered to swing by if needed). David's hard work and attention to detail have resulted in two gorgeous new bathroom's. We will be keeping David in mind in the future as other home projects come up! Thank you David!

David did an excellent job in our new shower. He was prompt and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He was very easy to deal with whenever my wife and I had additional features added in. All expenses with receipts were sent via email during the project. He went above and beyond to make sure he kept our house clean during the remodel. We would recommend him and hire him again without hesitation.

David's Improvements completed a new bathroom on our first floor. He turned an old screened in porch with a concrete floor into a gorgeous full bathroom with a contemporary, industrial elegant look. David did everything himself...electricity, plumbing, floor and shower installation, all the tile work on the main floor and the shower floor and walls, insulation, drywall, painting, molding, picking out and installing the vanity, toilet, lights and ceiling fan and windows. We usually ended up going with his suggestions on what works best in the space and for resale in the future if necessary. He even painted the molding and ceiling giving the bathroom a fancy customized look.He is punctual, professional, ethical, hardworking, and dedicated. I am thrilled with the finished product and will absolutely recommend David and hire him again. Thank you so much David for taking care of everything! My new bathroom is my favorite room in the house!

We had a dated bathroom with some shower leakage issues. In addition to correcting the issues Dave created a wonderful new bathroom to our desires. He structurally repaired the shower floor area and expanded the shower size. All new fixtures were installed and we were able to make choices on the little details. Thank you!
