“We were visiting from out of town for the holidays. On the evening of Dec 29, our van started acting funny. On the morning of the 30th (a Friday), I took the van to Harts Run Auto Service simply because it was walking distance to our Airbnb. I got there a little before they opened, but Bill immediately came out, drove the car to hear the sound, and dropped me back off at our airbnb. It was right before the New Year, and judging from the number of cars in the lot, they were really busy, but when he heard that we were from out of town and had to drive 6 hours back home on Tuesday, Bill promised me that he would work us in somehow, but they had to finish some other jobs first. They started work on Saturday morning, and their hours are listed as 9 - 3 on Saturdays. They stayed open until after 5 on New Year's Eve in order to finish the work. He did a thorough check and communicated clearly on what was wrong, and he quoted us a very fair price. We had a wonderful experience with Harts Run Auto Service and recommend them highly.”

“I was recommended to try this garage for collision repair on my car. I didn’t mind the time that it took to repair it because they had to re-order a door that was damaged when they received it. They were willing to fix any mistake that I brought up to them no problem. My only issues was their cleaning job. They left some type or dust from them working on my car inside my cupholders, door handles, other front compartments, passenger seat and all over the inside of my back trunk.”
“The service was great. They down loaded 3 updates to the XM radio then a few eeks later had to down load another update. the product/software that supports the XM radio still does work properly. While I am driving on an interstate I79 the radio on occasion will change channels to one number lower. Sometimes it goes into a buffering mode while driving and I find after 5 min. in buffering mode I need to power off and power back on the radio. If I turn the engine off and go shopping for a short while or leave it sit over night, it doesn't hold the previous station 66 Watercolors, it drops down to station 65. It is very frustrating. Plain and simple it is junk.”
