I felt 3 Rivers took good care of us. I needed a badly damaged chimney rebuilt. During was resonsive, upfront, and walked me through my options. Crew workedhard to deliver good work against the clock. I feel like I got my money's worth.

Called 4 times. Each time I spoke to rep I was told he would stop and give me an estimate. 2 weeks and several promises, a no-show no-call. GHOSTED ME. I explicitly said 1st conversation that I needed the work done before freezing weather became norm. He knew I had concrete patio cracking, and brick wall separating, leaking into an add-on garage underneath. I fear worsening thru-out winter. I called 3 Rivers because I wanted to support a smaller company. MY BAD. This is why small businesses go under.

I needed a lintel replaced over my garage and 3 Rivers Brick Pointing really came through and hit it out of the park. The communication was great, the team and quality of work was impeccable, and they were a real pleasure to work with. Dorin even replaced the old trim around my lintel with a fresh one, which wasn’t part of the contract and would have required me to seperately hire a Carpenter. They really know how to go the extra mile for their customers. My new go to guys for any lintel or brick work! A+++

We're extremely pleased with the work done by Jimmy and his crew. They opened up a brick wall, for a window (72×20"), on the side of our house and cut and relaid brick on another window to make it smaller. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally with perfect sizing and matching of the grout to the rest of the house as well as leaving the worksite cleaner than they found it. I called Dorin again for pricing for replacing two 9' lintels on my garage that had rusted to about twice the original size and pushed the brick facade backwards and cracked the mortar in many places. The crew took two days to replace the lintels and relay the brick above them. They finished the job yesterday and it looks like the original. I highly recommend 3 Rivers and am already planning for a few more jobs for them. Lastly, I greatly appreciate that Dorin consistently responded to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner as well as providing estimates when he said he would.

I needed to get some lintels replaced as well as some bricks that have cracked. Three Rivers Brick Pointing gave the best estimate and was very responsive to any questions. The team did an amazing job, taking care of the lintels/bricks as well as the mortar that has cracked due to expanding lintels. This was also done all in one day too. Definitely recommend! Thanks so much!

I am so happy with the job the 3 Rivers Brick Pointing crew did on my chimney! It needed rebuilt from the roof up, and my brick was impossible to match. They did such a great job making it look original. They got me on their schedule quickly, the crew was timely, neat, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend!

The 3 Rivers crew rebuilt two chimneys on our 200yr old farmhouse from the roof up. Pricing on the job was competitive and the estimate was timely. The crew communicated throughout the project, did great work, and left the site clean each day of the three day project. We’re very happy with the finished product and expect the new chimneys to last at least as long as the old ones.

I called multiple companies to be advised the internal issue with my chimney could not be repaired. These guys went over and above my expectations, completed the repairs internally along with repointing and capping 2 chimneys. Their work is amazing, everyone was very friendly, professional and everything was cleaned up prior to them leaving. As a homeowner this was a very stressful/scary situation but the communication I received from Dorin through the process was exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if possible as I have nothing but great things to say about these guys!!

I really could not be happier with the work Dorin and his team did for me. They were professional, efficient, and did an incredible job. Dorin was responsive throughout, his team showed up on time, and the results were phenomenal. I had three window lintels and three window sills replaced, they removed a chimney, and they pointed an entire third story exterior wall. I don't have a single complaint with the work and I was incredibly appreciative of the fact they did such an immaculate job cleaning up after themselves when the work was complete. My neighbors' properties are immediately adjacent to mine and brick pointing can be messy work. Jim and his crew went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. I won't even think to call anyone else the next time I need masonry work done. Thanks for a job incredibly well done guys!

Hands down the best company for brick pointing out there. Dorin and the crew were great to work with, and extremely accommodating of our needs. Initially it was a lintel replacement (didn’t end up needing changed). I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for brick pointing.

The crew from 3 Rivers Brick Pointing and Cleaning did a fantastic job. They repointed and capped a chimney, repaired and repointed a number of retaining walls, replaced rusted lintels, caulked, pressure washed, and and left the place looking great. The crew worked hard and knew what they were doing. Dorin, the owner, and the crew were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely contact Dorin again for any future masonry needs.
