What can I say? From telling me that my order can not be cancelled by anyone except the person who made the order. Then telling me that the ordered has been cancelled. Then saying they can't cancel the order and call *611. Then telling the operator they never received the order. Then saying they have received the order but Verizon has to cancel it. After telling me they did cancel it. And to top it all off, saying they are busy and can't help me any further. Even though I'm a customer and just wanted something done when it was supposed to be done. And said it was done. Either they didn't know what they were doing or refused to fix the problem. Send like they are wonderful when making a sale but after that, they can't be bothered

After frustrating attempts online and on the phone to get some phone records for an insurance claim I went to this store in person. The salesman immediately sent me to another store and wouldn't even look up how many more payments I have left on my phone when I asked, because they could tell me at the other store. Not helpful.

I own a business and spoke to a guy said his name James took my information and said come in to proceed, I call this morning he answered and I said I can be there in 10 mins he said ok good. Why I get there they still closed helping a customer doors locked and they just looking at me, won’t move nor answer, I call back they like who’s James I’m like the man the always answer or took my information these people either only help certain people maybe definitely not black people.

I been trying to resolve an issue for a month to no resolve. I'm so disappointed in Verizon... I thought they was different.
Me and my wife switch from T-Mobile to Verizon thinking reception and customer service would be better. Thus far we have been terribly wrong.
Verizon ran a promotion that gave us a 65 inch tv upon signing up. It was one of the main reasons we signed up.
Upon receiving the tv we noticed the box was damaged and the screen had been cracked. We have been trying to get this sent back and retrieve a new tv but no one helps us.
We speak to customers service representatives who hang up on us, make promises to call you back but never do.
We spoke to managers that open up tickets to fix the issue (Ticket numbers: 412710/ 368700) that never go any where. They tell lies and make promises they will never keep.
I don't know what else to do at this point. We are planning to go end this contract this week and go with AT&T.
I implore you guys to stay far away from VERIZON‼️
My only other option is to write negative reviews and make a case to the BBB.

I am truly surprised to hear myself say this, but, we had fun at the Verizon store! The associates at the Glenolden location handled our upgrade gracefully, and made us feel like part of the Verizon family while we were there. These associates (Ed and Ron!) will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, whether it's an accessory or the right plan. In the end, what's most important is that we were treated like human beings, by human beings, and that ensures we will never go anywhere else for our Verizon Wireless needs. Thanks, everyone! A very happy customer here!

All I can say, they are the best. The Glenolden guys are amazing and extraordinary when it comes to customer service. Last night, I went there towards the end of the store closing and they took time with me. I had lots to think about and my phone was close to being dead on arrival. The two gentlemen told me to ask for Dan since I decided to wait until the morning. Dan also followed up prior to me coming in the store, but I didn't know it until I got a new phone and checked my voicemail. Today, it was a team approach. I had Dan, Connor and Ed. They were so friendly, kind and patient. It was a great atmosphere. They set up my phone and made sure everything was working. It was awesome and phenomenal, and I could only wish every Verizon store was like what I experienced today. I took two buses and a trolley to get there despite being closer to another store. I have been to the store closer to me several times through the years, but when you are looking for outstanding customer service, the Glenolden Verizon Store has it hands down. I was looking for a place that was going to be patient and show kindness to all that they meet. Thanks so much to Shack the night before and the guy he was working with as well as the next day team members. Thanks so much Dan, Connor and Ed. Kindness and patience are priceless.

Woefully understaffed. The two poor guys here have been helping the same two people, one of them incredibly confused, since I got here. The queue is piling up. I just need to turn in my trades and it’s becoming a giant time drain for me.

The Verizon maintenance facility on Concord road in Aston has had this extremely annoying beeping noise coming from its gates for a week now. There's no way to contact the maintenance facility so I'm leaving it here.

I have to give a great compliment to Daniel Galvez, he was extremely helpful with helping me with my IPhone 12. He was very courteous, and I would recommend him to go to for anyone who needs either a new iPhone or any help.
