My Mom gets money orders because she doesn't want to spend all of her funds. When the time is right for her to spend those funds (in the form of a money order) she needs to cash them in order to take care of her business.
This facility has denied her the right to cash her money orders.
It saddens me that she as a disabled Veteran who served in the United States Navy has some woman judging her for coming in to cash a money order.
All they had to say was yes they have the money or no they do not. Period. So what if it's her 3rd coming in. Everyone has a system and as her memory is slipping this is the system that was working for her.
I'm sad to see another black woman being so judgemental and rude to another black woman.

Amazingly, find out Jeff still works there after Mae/May/whatever said he didn't and things get worked out. Just stay away from here and good. Mail still an issue if Bill isn't delivering, but much better.

The worst post office I've ever been to. Says it's open I drive all the way there and they are closed for lunch from 11:30 until 1:00 pm what a joke

This government facility is a joke.. it’s Saturday and so they open at 9? False there’s been about 10-20 people waiting in the lobby for them to open and without hearing a word 10 minutes after 9 we finally find out that the person called off and no one else could run the register to mail our packages. So now we have to wait for someone to be called in and I just find it very odd

I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)

This review is based on the post office in Glenolden, PA 19036. I went to the Glenolden post office (19036) on 8/24/22 at approximately 9:33 a.m. As I approached the window a gentleman was leaving and just shook his head at me. As I approached the window, the employee was sitting down staring at her phone. I placed my priority mail box into the slot of the plexiglass and pushed it towards her. She raised her head and asked "How can I assist you today." in a monotone voice. I said "Well, I want to mail some things". I thought this was obvious as the large box was right in front of her. As she took the box, I placed 4 priority mail padded envelopes in the slot. After finishing the box, she took one of the envelopes, typed what she needed to and printed the large label. She placed the label on the envelope, covering my return address. I said "Oh, you covered the return address." She looked at me, sighed and tried to peel the label off. She couldn't so she shoved the package at me and said "label won't come off, you can write the address on it". As she took my third package, I said "Please be careful not to cover the return address." She stopped, looked and me and snorted. I said "Excuse me?" She snorted again and continued inputting the package information. I asked "What's your name?" She looked at me and said "we're not playing this game." I said "What game? I simply asked your name." She said "we're not playing this game." Again, I asked "I simply asked your name. I don't know what the problem is." Employee "You ain't gonna give me a compliment." At this point I asked for her supervisor. She stopped what she was doing and said "No, you just want to start trouble." And then she stopped and stared at me. I asked "are you going to finish that?" (as she was in the middle of entering the information on my second package). She said "I am not gonna be disrespected." I said "Whatever, finish the package." She said "No, not until you apologize to me." (WHAT???) Wanting to end this confrontation, I said "I apologize." She said "Say please." I said "Please." I guess I sighed because she kept saying "you not gonna disrespect me. You made about the label over the address." I said "I simply asked you nicely to be careful." Again she stopped and looked at me. I said "Ok, just finish up." She again said "you disrespecting me". There were 2 men behind me and one said "Ladies, please. Life is too short." I said "I agree." She then loudly stated "I'm not gonna be disrespected." She finished my packages and I thought she missed one (the one on which I had to write my return address) and I said "Oh and this one." Then I noticed it was already done and said "Oh." and pushed it back to her. She snorted and laughed out loud. I paid with my credit card and hit "Print receipt". She took the receipt and started to write on it and I said "Please don't write on my receipt." (I have to input the tracking numbers and sometimes when the postal employees write on the receipts, it is hard to read the tracking number.) She stopped, looked at me and said "I have to". I said "No you don't." Still looking at me, she circled the scan code at the bottom, handed it to me and said "Have a blessed day." This is the second time she has waited on me and the first time did not go very well, but not to this level of unprofessional-ism. I have been using multiple locations of the postal service here in Delaware County (19032; 19074, 19094, etc.) and this is the WORST employee I have ever encountered. Before my recent two encounters at this location, the employee that worked at this location, Fred, was always very polite. (I had not been to this location in a few months) I contacted the
